    Excellent food, beautiful wine and choice of cocktails amazing, relaxed dining environment with everything done just right from lighting to table service and menu choices. Our hostess was relaxed and friendly but also professional, compliments to the kitchen staff, bar staff and chefs a great night out

    This was our third time here, we loved it so much the first two times we wanted to bring some friends to thank them for the help they had given in our buisness. Firstly I wanted to give a voucher I received as a thank you from other friends (who heard how much I loved coming here), to the hostess but she told me to give it to the waiter before payment. I didn’t really want our guests to know part payment was a voucher. When it did come time to finalise the account the waiter mentioned it in front of our guests. Then our drinks arrived, I was told there was a delay in mine because they needed to get some more ingredients. I tried to have a bit of fun banter with the waiter, stone faced. When our mains came, we had three out of 4 land on the table and I had to asked after the spiced pumpkin. It took a lot longer than the other dishes to arrive. We weren’t offered pepper and I was confused why my main course came in a bowl. (The barramundi). I’ve had it there before and it was plated properly. Please let the chef know it was hard to cut in a bowl and add sides. The waiter asked if you would like dessert but there was only two sweet choices. So it was a no when there was not one chocolate choice. We were pretty disappointed this time around and I apologised to our guests, who wasn’t really impressed with his main either.

    Needed more bartenders when the opened to be able to keep up with the bottomless brunch orders. There were several large groups all doing this as well as us and our initial drink orders were very slow while only one bartender was working

    This place is great for a girls catch up or date. Low lights, great vibe, stunning food (the fish pie is out of this world) and very fast service. It’s a huge venue so you can easily get a table where you’re not on top of others, and you can hear each other talk. Will def be going back!!

    I have been to this restaurant 3 times now, will return again, especially if I have friends for a celebration. Great food and service. Saturday night is very noisy and dark, hard to read menu but wouldn’t bother some people.

    The food was outstanding - we were located near a door where waitress staff are, which was left open and with a breeze made it cold/uncomfortable. Other tables complained. Service was a bit slow. Waitress was friendly and efficient. Matrie de - was not friendly, being busy is not a reason to not be friendly. But food was outstanding.

    Food (even our oysters which were starters and plain) took over 2 hours and no updates on the food just that ‘they had a function out the back’ but felt that they should of minimised the amount of bookings/staff ratio to accommodate this. My first time and so disappointed. When the carrots came out there were only 6 in total (usually a whole plate) and so dry & burnt.

    Booked a date dinner for my wife and I on a Monday night. The restaurant was fairly quiet as to be expected in early June on a Monday, but that suited us just fine. I imagine on a friday or saturday or in the peak season it might get a bit more lively. We ordered the chefs plates and felt that the food was excellent, as was the service. The plates were brought out at the perfect times, giving us enough time to chat and not be rushed and not having us wait too long. Overall an excellent dining experience.

    Amazing. Food and drinks were so good, service was top notch. We were a party of 9 and everything came out so quickly. Cheaper than expected for the amount of food and drink we had. Would definitely recommend to anyone

    Not very happy. The food was OK and so was the ambience. However, after we ate, we decided to get some drinks. No complete wine menu - you have to ask for the price at the bar. I asked and chose some Japanese whisky and went back to the table. The waiter came back and said they don't have any. Then I chose Ron Zacapa rum (XO, I think). The waiter came back again and said they only have Royal. Unbeknown to us, we ordered 4 glasses, which turned out to be $60 each - about double what XO or Centenario cost. This is terrible way to gouge guests, definitely won't be coming back.

    The main meals were a long time coming, although this is more a coordination problem. Two of the mains sat on the servery for some time waiting for the other 2 mains. This resulted in our guests having overcooked prawns and warm limp pizza. They seem understaffed for the number of diners.

    We booked a table for my wife's birthday for 8.30pm 21/5/22 4pax. We were going to see a show after dinner - arrived 30mins early, waited at the bar with some amazing cocktails. However at 8.45pm I started to get a little nervous as still not seated and watched the hostess seat another table of 4 before us. I went to explain my situation & found her to be unhelpful. she told me "no stress, we will get you sorted" eventually we were sat down at 9pm, which meant we had no time for entrees or desert, we needed to leave by 10pm , so sadly a very disappointing rushed birthday dinner. Such a pity as the food was wonderful. The service let you down. Saturday nite or not, busy restaurants must stick with the reservation timings.

    Bad service and take too long to serve every dish. Wait about 40 mins for the dessert, and did not offer the dessert even we left. Bad experience, will never come again!

    We had the chefs seven, first two dishes being the crevice and the salmon skewers were delicious and the mains waygu cap and barramundi were exceptionally tasty. It's disappointing that the middle dishes being the beef tataki was WAY too sweet with citrus flavours coming through. The sugery falvour took over the whole dish..completely ruined it! The wagon skewers lacks flavour, very pungent garlic and Parsley taste with chilli favourable taking over the whole waygu that you couldn't enjoy the wagyu, another disappointing dish. It's too bad they almost had a flawless perfect menu.

    The staff were super-friendly, the food was great - I went on a Saturday night, with 7 friends, and it was just too loud for us all to be able to talk over dinner unless we just split into small groups of 2. We are all in our 30s, so not like we're all super-old or anything, but it was much louder on a Saturday than most trendy dining venues.
