    Food was delicious and venue great. The staffing didn’t match up with the five star meal. Very tardy, slow and ineffective. I have dined here once before with a party of 10, and didn’t experience the same problems. You expect with this type of restaurant, five star well tuned staff to accompany it. This certainly wasn’t the case.

    Our food was nice, a bit pricey, but the selection of 3 share plates between 4 was good and my lobster pasta was good.. Wine list was good although not much under $100. But the main issue was the kids meals. We were forced to pay $60 for each child which included a mocktail (didn't like), a garlic bread, a kids meal and a dessert (plain ice-cream scoops and choc sauce). My girl loves steak but the kids steak was tiny and, even though she would have loved the adult wagyu for $48, she wasn't allowed for some unknown reason. Boy had pizza which was a bit burnt. It's the most we've ever paid for a kids meal ever and really wasnt very good.

    Couldn’t fault the Ladies lunch - great price. Food was delicious and plentiful and table service from Claire was faultless. Will definitely be back!

    Having done my research I was pleased to say that Miss Moneypennys is in my top 5 restaurants in the GC . I’ve been to all the listed places and this restaurant can hang it’s hard high knowing that in my opinion it’s one of the best . Good service great ambiance and good food What more can you want … Value too ✔️

    The host Adam welcomed us warmly and our Spanish waiter was very professional and anticipated our needs and looked after us well. The chicken dish was dry and boring and literally just a plate of expensive chicken with no sauce. However the fish and pizza dishes were nice. We ordered two desserts only one turned up, we waited but ended up canceling the second as we lost interest!

    Beautiful cocktails and tasty entree bites but unfortunately the lamb and beef mains were overpriced and undersized - still tasty but just not value for money.

    The chefs selection was a great way to introduce us to some new dishes. Waitstaff were fantastic. Moving us away from a noise over sharer/swearer so we could enjoy our night. It was a great experience all in all.

    The prawn toast is a must! Friendly staff and yum food, only non love was the expensive mocktail that tasted like tonic water. Aside from that, great place!

    Drinks too 40 minutes to come out after we asked 4 times for them. Entrees where great. Mains took 80 mins to come out.

    Arrived at 6.00pm. Seated immediately! Atmosphere nice but the background “canned” music became an irritant and we as a couple were unable to converse across the table without shouting to be heard ! Service was ok but waiting firstly to order then the food itself was extended! We had our entree 45 mins later only to wait another 45 minutes for the main ! By then we had finished a bottle of wine which was purely through needing something to fill in the time ! Not good enough for the accolades it seems to be receiving!

    Staff were very attentive and professional. Menu was good...seafood...prawn entree and linguine main were well over cooked. Lightening where we were situated was poor. We were keen to try Broadbeach restaurant after a very positive experience in Noosa.

    Great service, great decor and great variety of drinks to pick from. A wee bit on the expensive side for ‘bites’ menu but that seems to be the norm here on the Gold Coast.

    The prawn toast was excellent. Lobster pasta was succulent with pleasing amounts of lobster. It could have done with a little more taste…. Perhaps a bit more spice. Red wine was smooth and full bodied. Chicken dish: meat was tender and overall very tasty.

    We had a nice time dining at Miss Moneypenny's last night. My only criticism really is that upon making my booking I selected that the three of us would like to do the Chef Seven Dish Selection and also note that I am pregnant and indicated the foods I could not eat because of this. As I made the booking quite a bit in advance I thought this would be an heads-up that some alternatives would be needed or to email me back and let me know if this wasn't possible, which would not have been a problem. Upon being seated though, our waitstaff had not been informed and whilst our waitress was really great at seeing if adjustments could be made I was told if it had been a busier night they wouldn't be so accommodating. It might seem like a minor thing and it all worked out in the end but I think that if a guest goes to the effort to give that heads-up when making their booking, the message should be passed on to waitstaff and kitchen in order to avoid the rather awkward interaction where I kind of felt like I was being a nuisance. Again, this is not a reflection on our waitress at all, she was great ad I am grateful the kitchen could accommodate on the night, just some honest feedback.
