Not our first and still not our last. Mim’s has been a mainstay during the time of Covid

James,our waiter, was very attentive. Did not rush us. We had time to enjoy each part of our dinner and never rushed. We loved our pretzel appetizer and the entrees we chose were delicious.

The best go to for all around great service and food . Our server sue is an angel everytime !!

Mims has been a staple restaurant for over 20+ years. The Roslyn location when we lived in Great Neck, the Syosset location when we moved to Syosset, back to Roslyn location after Mims closed in Syosset. The menu is good and the food consistently good.

Just the most reliable, safe and delicious. Enough said!

We are never disappointed at Mim’s. We chose to eat outside and everything was wonderful.

Food was outstanding as always, but little disappointed about Seared Tuna. Tuna was overcooked but I managed, otherwise food and service very good

As always, the experience was great. This is one of the restaurants that my wife and I come back to. We rarely do a restaurant twice and have been here a few times.

The selling points are the buffalo chicken spring rolls and brownie. The entrées are great as well. But the brownie is just amazing.

Covid ready:
The tables are spread out, they disinfect after people leave and the staff have mask the entire visit.

I enjoying coming to Mim’s

Came here to take my good friend foe lunch and had a beyond perfect experience. The shrimp wrap was delicious amd huge! Our waitress Trish was so nice and brought me a nice salad instead of fries. I couldn’t even eat it because the portion was so big. My friend had a very good wrap too. The atmosphere is very cozy amd lots of room to social distance.

I liked it. Well spaced, good service. Would go back.

Food was lack luster, no seasoning used at ALL. Drinks were decent but other than that not worth it at all. Will never return

Came here for Valentine’s Day dinner the food and service where great. Once I saw the menu I wanted to order everything. We had the stuffed pretzel , shrimp , quesadilla and Buffalo egg rolls for apps. And it fulfilled every bit of my taste buds. After that we where pretty full but my girlfriend got the skirt steak and she said it was amazing I went with California chicken club very basic but it was very tasty

We had a 5:30 reservation were seated promptly gave drink order and appetizer order which came in 10 minutes
We then waited 40 minutes for our entree and when received it was not what I ordered they took back and when I got it the potatoes were cold
Ended up not eating more than half
Wait staff said kitchen was backed up
I wonder what it was like later in the night when it got busy

Food needs to be better.

Well, it started off very cold at our table, the manager did raise the temperature after we asked. However, a table that we asked for he said was only for four or more people, but later someone seated a two-top at the same table. In full disclosure, we are only dining at Nassau restaurants because NYC is closed. To us, these were close to city prices. For a family style dining place seemed a bit much but is what it is. The food wasn't out of this world, but it wasn't bad, the service was good. We'll probably go back. Shrimp nachos had no taste. Go with the buffalo chicken wontons. Brussel sprouts are my favorite, these were good. We went with skirt steak and a wedge just to "play it safe" they were both good.

The service and food was great!!!

Food was good, not amazing, but good. Service was impeccable. Wine choices were great. People working at the front of the restaurant should be more friendly when greeting customers. Didn’t feel welcome at all when I arrived. Was more of a “how can I help you?” vibe vs “Hello!!’ Welcome!!” vibe. Need to be more welcoming when greeting customers as first impressions count. Waiters were reallllly nice though.
