As usual, Milestones never disappoints. We had a wonderful experience, very pleasant and competent staff. We enjoyed our experience.

I really enjoyed the food there. It was a great night gathering.

Very pleased with the food quality and the friendliness of the staff. It’s great that there are still places to go where you can hear the company you are with, rather than having to yell and strain over music or background noise. A good relaxing dinner! Thanks.

I had also ordered the same dish as a few months ago in the summer. It did not taste the same & it was a pale colour , not the red base as previous. There was no flavour in the sauce & the noodles were dry. I sent it back & although there was a little more sauce ,it still lacked taste. I had to keep adding pepper & parmesan to get a good taste. I think the seafood liquid was not reduced properly or they are using a poor facsimale . I would not order it again.

We probably won’t be back- sat right outside the kitchen so listened to their music and the dining room music at the same time. Cool had mask on but only covered his mouth. Overall the experience didn’t stand out

Waitress was fabulous!
But she had to tell me the dish I ordered couldn’t be prepared.
I ordered something else and she came back with the same message.
My third choice was slightly better than ok.
She was perfect!

Nice restaurant, parking not so easy to find . A little pricy

It was a good time dining in but I wish we had a booth given it was a reservation rather than a huge table.

Great menu, loved everything we tried. Lobster and prawn rolls were especially good.
Servers were very careful with masks, social distancing and we felt very safe eating here.
Look forward to going back!

Brunch is back but I don't think the brunch chefs were. There were many problems & many returns. Our Benny's were great but barely warm. I think they were disorganized getting things humming again.

Overall everything was great. The food was amazing. The service was slow and it was too noisy.

Amazing atmosphere, delicious food and awesome servers. We like the fact that they always change up the menu. Will definitely be back soon !!

Other than being a bit cool (patio heaters would be a real bonus!) on the patio, we went for the purpose of people-watching and were not disappointed - even had the fire service show up!

service was excellent but it was noisy as hell and didn t like that especially we couldn t find a spot on the patio

The seafood pasta was fab. The ribs & salmon plates very good. The only loser was the Mediterranean Chicken-an off night because it's usually great. The Manager apologized with a few desserts . Outdoors on the patio in a vibrant area is always a good thing.

Cannot give too many stars for the ambiance, Covid-19 makes everything a bit sad, but certainly not Milestone's fault. We'll get through this!
Side note: if you go there with someone who has reduced mobility and hope to drop them at the door, good luck, I could not find anywhere to stop for a couple minutes near the entrance.

Dinners were tasty but the dessert Beignets were grease laden and served with Asian sesame dressing.
Our server just laughed it off but removed the cost from the bill

We were placed in the back of the Resturant ( which was ok) but they didn’t have the AC on or there was no air flowing it way very warm to eat. We couldn’t even enjoy our meal because we were sweating while eating

Went for brunch, said available 11am-4 weekends. When we arrived, breakfast was not available. Hours are incorrect., location opens at noon. Please update your site.

Honestly do not go to this location. Terrible service and terrible food. The one in kanata or Landsdowne is so much better

Service was professional and unobtrusive. We ordered a salad and burger to share and they arrived on two plates already ready for us.

Everything was great. The only suggestion I’d have is for the server to follow up with us regarding the bill. We waited about 30 minutes for the bill.

The menu choices included some variations on brunch favourites and the food was tasty.

I have never been disappointed with any experience I have had at any Milestones location. At this location, the staff are polite and professional and the service is great. The wait time for our drinks and food was not long and everything was fresh and delicious. Overall an excellent dining experience.

WE EACH ORDER A GLASS OF WINE. THE 2 GLASSES ARRE BROUGHT EMPTY. A FEW MOMENTS LATER, ANOTHER WAITRES APPEARS WITH 2 SMALL CARAFES AND POURS. WHAT IS THAT? NO WINE ID, IN FACT NO NEED FOR ALL THIS CEREMONY.

A RUSTIC PLACE, NOT CHARMING, NOT FUN. NO NEED TO RETURN.

Excellent restaurant, with outstanding service, close to Parliament and the Byward Market. Booths were a tad tight for six, but it worked.

All the staff were extremely friendly. The lighting was romantic. Food was moderately priced but the drinks were expensive. The open concept made for a noisy dinner. I would recommend with a few cautions.

I thought the restaurant was perfect for a group to get together and catch up! The ambiance was great and the food was delicious and just the right amount. Service was great and our server was very charismatic and engaging. Would definitely reccommend!
