カウンター10席。伺った時間帯、私たち以外は全て海外からのお客様のようでした。
エビの頭の天ぷらが最高に美味しいです。季節によって食材が微妙に変わるので、春夏秋冬楽しめます。今回は今まで食べたことのなかったタラの芽を食すことができました。

少し遅れてしまい、入店が19:30ギリギリでした。食材(クルマエビ)を準備している様子が見れなくて残念でした。次回は定時に来店して、余裕をもって楽しみたいと思います。
味は食材の風味をひきだし非常に美味になります。調理している場面や出来上がった姿など視覚でも楽しめます。

The tempura is just ok. Not worth the price compared to other Michelin restaurant. Sit on the second floor isolated. The service is poor. Tokyo has over 200 Michelin’s starred restaurants. With this price and quality of food, there are lots of choices are better than this so called “God of Tempura”.

天ぷらの域を超えた匠の技に感動しました。海老、穴子と変わらず秀逸さでしたが、特に季節ものの白魚は味わった事がない程の絶品でした。

私たち料理関係の仕事がしてるので、噂の天ぷらを食べるのため、わざわざ外国からきました。正直に言うと、がっかりしました。天ぷら確かに完璧に仕上がってたけど、口当たりがとてもよかったけど、食材本来の味が失うこともあります。あとは接客の態度の悪さでびっくりしました。料理人として美味しい料理を作ることが重要ですが、おもてなしの接客もとても大切と思います。自分が有名だから、お客様を粗末に扱えることがないと思います。世界中のミシュランレストランを回してる私たちに対しては今までの最低な経験でした。

Tempura is hard to see from photos how tasteful they are but they sure does tastes good and requires lots of prep work ahead of time. Not what people think it’s just some fried food.
