   First time to MICO was sent to the wrong floor. Thought BUHO was the place but it turned out to be MICO. Website didn’t say MICO when I researched Grand Bohemian restaurant but after finding the correct area, was highly pleased and enjoyed my 15 year anniversary.

   Had another wonderful dinner here. Ashley is a fantastic server and had excellent recommendations. She took good care of us. Tile fish special was excellent. Others had salmon and shrimp. Will be back!

   We like MICO and have been dining there for some time. Only downside this time is they charged more for my meal than what the menu indicated. They should have indicated the increase in price when we were seated. Inflation I guess.

   We came here for a birthday celebration. Everything was fair in quality and standards. I think I was just expecting more refinement and I didn’t quite receive that experience. All in all, it was a nice evening and the food was good.

   We had the pleasure of dining at Mico yesterday for lunch and had such an amazing experience. Alex our server set the tone moments after being seated and he was fantastic the entire meal. We recently moved our office across the street and most certainly will be back. This will be an excellent location for client meetings or after hours team gatherings!

    It took 30 minutes to be served coffee after getting up from the table three times, the music was inappropriately loud for breakfast with management unable to adjust it, all "toast" orders (smoked salmon, avocado, etc) came out on a gigantic hoagie that was impossible to cut through nor chew, ... it's breakfast. A limited menu. 15 people to 3 staff members. Uptown on a Monday. How hard can it be?

    First time here and we left feeling very disappointed. The night started out good…good service, drinks, appetizer, and interesting ambiance. After our entrees were delivered, we never had anyone come to our table for 30 minutes after. We had been finished for at least 15 min and we saw the manager wander by, bussers go by just looking around, and our server was with another large party not to be seen. When we mentioned our discontent to him, we saw him talk to the manager. It would have gone a long way had the manager come over to speak with us or address the service level. It was not even a full restaurant, and there were several people standing around doing nothing but watching. Food was average, so there really isn’t anything luring me to come back and try again.

    Lovely dining room, warm colors, very inviting. Kudos to our server Jesse D who timed his check-ins just right. He was also a key player in finding up the wine we requested (and thanks to the person behind the scenes on this). His familiarity with the menu was excellent. We shared an order of Paron Pepper anticipating the generous servings for this appetizer. My Carolina White shrimp were nicely done and the bed of polenta flavorful. My husband's Peruvian Chicken was also nicely done (an airline breast) no matter what the menu said at the time. Our cheesecake dessert was light, sweet/ tart with fresh berries and we do reccommend the lemon sauce.

    Visited during brunch for the first time. The drink Pardon my Peach was tasty, but took a long time to receive. I ordered the Uptown Waffle which initially came smothered in toppings. It was overwhelming. I was able to get a new order with the toppings on the side very promptly! Our server was slow, but friendly and suggested menu items.

    My first time at Mico and it did not disappoint. I was there for lunch and I had the chicken salad sandwich, which was terrific. Our server, Horace was top notch. I am looking forward to being back for dinner when I can try the dinner menu and selections from the wine list.

    Wow, MICO was simply wonderful. Incredible service from the moment we walked in the door. Our server, Mirtha was amazing! We were celebrating a few things, and they made sure that we felt special. The food was delicious- get the trio appetizer!! We are already planning our next visit with friends.

    The food was exquisite! I had the Carolina White Shrimp in Polenta and my fiancée had the salmon. We ordered a bottle of Argentinian wine which paired beautifully. The service and ambiance was top tier. I recommend MICO for a truly one of a kind fine dining experience.

    I was immensely disappointed by the Service me and my husband received on Mother’s Day. The service was absolutely horrible. We waited 15 minutes before we were seated even though we had reservations. It took us an hour to receive water and an appetizer and when we received the appetizers they were cold. Every time our waitress came to our table she started with an apology. Which after a while became a defective record. This was my Mother’s Day, my husband expected more. You advertised “Latin Music” but never said that the event did not extend into the evening when your special was advertised. Overall I am beyond upset over this experience my day was steamed rolled with Cheer Competition and this was my only highlight of the day , and it was literally taken from us.

    My family and I went to another restaurant after dining at Mico on Mother's day. The food wasn't hot and it was bland, lacked flavor. The service was poor. Asked for water and had to follow up a second time when my daughter ran out of water that we brought in her cup. The waiter brought her water and never brought water for my wife and me. The manager came over and we asked for dressing for my daughter's salad because the salad was dry. The manager said absolutely, sure. He never brought it. He was just going through the motion. The check was wrong and had to get it corrected. I dont recommend Mico at all. Especially if you're celebrating a special occasion. I do recommend Deluxe The Fun Art of Dining, it is fairly close to Mico but better food, service and experience. Gladly paid my $250+ bill at Deluxe; however, I cringed paying close to that amount for what we received at Mico. And again, we went to a different restaurant after our experience at Mico. Never again.

    The Mother's Day Brunch on the Queen's Terrace was not what I was expecting. In the description of what was included with the price, there was no mention that the flowers would be an additional cost to the package- I was under the impression that the price was all inclusive. I ended up getting them anyway because we got there earlier thinking there would be lots of people- my mother and I were the only ones there when we arrived. Additionally, there was a limit to how many flowers you could get- I honestly could've gotten a better bouquet for the same price at Publix. Fast forward to the food- the taste was ok but everything was cold. I imagine that this is because it was cold outside, but there should have been better planning for the weather considering it was $110.00 per person. For the value, I could have gone somewhere else and gotten more bang for my buck with warm food. I would not participate in an event like this again- I think I'll stick to the regular brunch inside.     Mothers Day Queens brunch- the food was mediocre - the service was horrible. Stood for over 10 mins to be seated . Hostess was stressed about something and left us standing there . Weather was cold and no heaters or anything - it was outside on the 6th floor. Will not be back- love Grand Bohemian hotels and have stayed at many of them - this location NOT up to par.

    We made the reservation for Mother's Day Brunch on the Queens Terrace and thought the entire experience was atrocious. It was freezing. The tent was ripped and our table had a wind tunnel feel. The food was all lukewarm to cold. The only saving grace was that our server was extremely pleasant. Would NEVER do this again. Completely not worth the cost.
