Mia Margherita Coal Fired Pizzeria
Our coal fired oven is a hallmark of both West Virginia culture and pizza history. We are West Virginia’s first and only coal fired pizzeria. Our namesake honors the first pizza made for Queen Regina Margherita. The very first pizza oven in America was fired by coal, and we’re sure you’ll agree it’s still the BEST! We use domestic Anthracite, the oldest, hardest and cleanest type of coal…virtually free of smoke and particulate emissions.

As a first time customers , my wife and I completely enjoyed the experience.
It was fine. Waitress did not check on us often. Could not locate her to get water.
Food was ok. Not fantastic. Booth was nice. Semi private feel.
Had no record of our reservations at their restaurant had to wait on table for 30 minutes.
I’ve eaten at Mia’s several times and sampled multiple menu items. I’ve never had a bad meal or experience. The menu has a nice selection of quality food. The atmosphere and the service is good.
