Meson Gaucho - Reforma

Pedí una mesa al aire libre y nadie indicó que no había servicio hasta que llegamos y vimos todo cerrado.

The service was very slow and the main plate was taking more then normal time, than after I decide to take dessert and the creeps were not well cooked, The waiter noticed that. I had to bring it back and cancel the creeps.
Unfortunately is a place I will never be back and never recommend it.

Me encantaron 4 cosas:
1. La comida fue excelente. Pedimos el lomo al trapo y el tomahawk. Ufff.... no sé cuál de los dos estuvo mejor. Los dos tenían un delicioso sabor. Muy diferentes.
2. Nos ofrecieron unos tacos de pescado y un provoleta fenomenales. No sabía si más botana o ya directo a la comida.
3. Mis hijos devoraron la arrachera (Y son medio especiales para la comida) y se divirtieron mucho en el área de juegos. Nos dejaron un buen rato de sobremesa a los adultos.
4. El barman nos mandó "el carrito feliz", donde nos prepararon un martini pistache riquísimo. También el carajillo "shake-eado" super rico.

No solo recomendaría este lugar a todos, sino que lo voy a hacer uno de mis favoritos. Ubicación, ambiente, comida. Trifecta!

Made a reservation thorough Open Table for New Years Eve. When I got there They said that there wasn’t a reservation on my name and they that they don’t use Open Table to accept reservations. If that’s true then why did I get a confirmation from Open Table saying that my reservation was all set??? They didn’t even try to fix the problem, they simply dismissed us... Everything was booked or closed that day for obvious reasons. Thank to Open Table and El Meson Gaucho my family and I spent New Years Eve having dinner at a McDonald’s...

Great value, some old school preparation that’s wonderful to enjoy again,
