    Great menu and food was good. All came separately which is stated on the menu but is just an excuse to not be able to have all the food ready together. The gardens have been let go a bit since we were last there about 7-8 years ago. Which is a real shame as this is half the reason why we loved it there. The service was shockingly bad. The lady with strawberry blonde hair who seemed to be in some sort of management position was the worst. Her attitude was like she didn't want to be there and look i get it, working sucks but you're here now, so you might as well just fake it til you make it! We had to get EVERYTHING ourselves...cutlery, napkins, water. We will not be back.

    Thank you for having a Mothers Day special menu. I was hoping for a pasta dish or an interesting salad. Beetroot, feta etc. Enjoy it nevertheless.

    Disappointing. All our Mother’s Day meals were cold.. not warm but actually cold.. we had barely made it back to the table after ordering at the counter when our meals came out… indicating to us that they had been prepared earlier and just sent out… the waitress was unnecessarily rude when she brought the wrong coffee orders out and then said we would just have to wait until the back log of orders had been made before we could expect ours.. beautiful setting for breakfast but service is poor.. we felt we had to apologise for asking for what we ordered. I think maybe they should not book as many customers for mother’s day if they can’t accommodate it. Such a shame that such a lovely setting doesn’t put customer service as a high priority.

    Food was not great nothing came out together first chips then the next dish 5 mins later ana so on. The table we were shown to was dirty. The staff need to smile a little more

    Absoloutely fantastic experience, there were 15 of us there for lunch and not one person complained, in fact complete opposite where they all sang their praises. WELL DONE MASONMILL WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK.

    Ordered the steak sandwich.....was soggy on the bottom which i left.... Service was good but put on a table with bench seats which were very hard....
