Food very average, chips overcooked! 2 children’s meals came out 10 minutes apart! The children’s pasta was a very small bowl, ok for a toddler but not a 9 year old Steak over priced at $45 not cooked medium rare as requested No atmosphere! Quite empty for Sunday dinner

We had a lovely day it was just a little disappointing that you could not vary anything on the menu. Even with something as simple as a burger not having tomato or pickle. The girl at the counter said yes I have that down, when I looked at the order and mentioned it was not there. I also was hoping for grilled fish but was told that was not possible as nothing could be changed. Other than that we had a nice lunch and enjoyed mini golf. The gardens are stunning and mini golf was fun.

Lovely fresh food. Served quickly. Coffee needs some work, a bit to bitter for my liking but everything else was great. Beautiful surrounds and lots to explore with kids/family.

Booking request on line went into junk. Tried to phone in opening hours,no answer so not entirely sure I’d booked & I also needed to amend the booking. Very busy for Thur lunch but main restaurant felt cold & a little dark. Had to ask what pie & pasta of the day were & they had to go & find out about the pasta. Service was OK & food reasonable . Gluten & dairy free dealt with well.

We were inside the restaurant but next time will go outside under the umbrella. Would be good to see a description of places to eat on the website. Food was lovely and good size servings except for the scallops which was extremely small for a main course. ( 4 small scallops) Menu should allude to this. Our waitress Shelley was wonderful and understood about the small serving of scallops and went over and above to accommodate us. Also talked to the chef. Thankyou Shelley. We were very impressed and because of your service and the delicious food we will be back. Venue is beautiful.

Mason Mill is living up to its excellent reputation. Nestled in the hills will a beautiful hills vibe, it is definitely a place to put on you're 'to do list'. We had the steak sandwich and prawn/chorizo plates. One word superb! portion size, generous. Great value for money. We hope they keep their pricing as is. It's spot on. There is some stiff competition close by but Mason Mill beats them in all aspects for price, portion size, presentation and above all...taste. We were blown away by the variety of inclusions of each meal. We hope they keep their chefs around for awhile so next time we visit Xmas 24 we can enjoy and savour the superb tasting meals we had. Great job guys you obviously love what you do by the effort that goes into your plates. We visited 24.09.24, It was our 1st anniversary, exactly one year to the day that we first met at Mason Mill for our first date. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed that day, however we had a lovely brunch in the lower cafe by the mini golf. We walked the beautiful grounds and paused to watch the fish. Mason Mill is an exceptional property and this is an honest genuine review. My folks are visiting from NZ at Xmas and we will be dining here, it's a must!....Can't wait to share this place with family

highly recommend - we went for lunch to celebrate our mothers 90th birthday , it was a lovely sunny day so we were able to appreciate the beautiful gardens , playground and fishpond , the staff we great but unfortunately there was a problem in the kitchen when we first arrived and the food selection was limited to pizza but by the time everyone ( All 15) had arrived and we had a drink they had fixed the problem the food was delicious and was quick to arrive we had a great time and we highly recommend

Booked online asking for outdoor umbrella cover ended up in a nook right next to the singer which was so loud. I was taking my 92 year old father with hearing aids and it was so terrible as the music was right next to us. No other seating available. Very disappointed as had been here before and I know the seating. It definitely was not where I expected to be sitting. Would prefer to be able to book via phone and explain what I need. The girl serving asked if he could turn it down which he did for about 5 minutes. I don't mind loud music but having been here many times it was the last placed I wanted to sit with my father. Could not even have a conversation. If I have to book this way in future will definitely not return.
