Mash'D/ Food, Moonshine, Life - Frisco
Food was great and we liked the mixology.
Has alway the food waa great. We had a new server who did a good job. My daughter had a wonderful birthday celebration
A great place eat brunch. You could reserve for up to seven and be seated. However the table we were given was not enough space to seat us all and give us enough table space to put all of our food and drinks.
Every time we go there we enjoy the food and drinks. The service is good I would recommend this for a casual night out to anyone.
Great food, friendly service, food is excellent and ambiance is vibrant.
Unique menu and drink items but a bit pricey for what you get. Drinks are small portions and some drinks are a 2 drink maximum but did not taste alcohol heavy enough to warrant limits. Brunch was much better than dinner.
Food was ok; wanted to try the moonshine without giving to buy the “flight” but was not offered until I finished dinner
A little loud for me but I am sure the younger crowd doesn't mind. Loved my power bowl. Healthy and delicious.
The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. I ordered the beef omelette and it is the best I have ever had. This is definitely one of my new staple spots!
The menu was creative and interesting but not easy to read. The food and service as well as timing was phenomenal! My entire group was thrilled!
Food is great. Staff was knowledgable and helpful.
Mash'd never disappoints. Food and drinks are always great. Love the atmosphere. Favorite spot to go whenever we are in Frisco
Service was great but the food and beverages were way overpriced for what it is. It really seems confused...southern moonshine and southern design but food menu is all over the spectrum. Tries to be a specialty restaurant but in what I am unsure. At half the price it would be an ok place to go with friends and family.
Great food! Brunch was amazing! Service was great too!
Tried them out because we are visiting from out of town. Wouldn't recommend it and definitely wouldn't return.
Service - just ok
Food - just ok
Overall - JUST OK
We probably won't be back. We have been maybe 3 times before and loved it, but this time soured me. The dish I have come to love, the deconstructed tamales (may not have been what it was called) is gone, and honestly nothing else on the menu appealed to me. We ended up ordering tacos, which were honestly a little odd with the asian seasoning. We also ordered an appetizer, guacamole, which was mostly a plate of corn and had only a few pieces of avocado. I know there is an avocado shorted right now, but if that was going to prevent them from serving guacamole, they should have either taken it off the menu, or told us that it would be different. So disappointing. THEN I ordered a cherry moonshine margarita, which was BLAND. It is so strange for liquor to have very little taste. And when I left, I had no buzz. If you're drinking moonshine, you should at least be able to feel it. My ONE compliment is that the manager did seem concerned that we were unhappy, and offered to buy us another meal, but at that point, I was so done. We'll probably never come back, and won't recommend it to friends.
Great service, cocktails, and food! The meatloaf is outstanding!
Mash’D is always great!
Friendly / quick service... great menu with unique food & drink options... the food is always super fresh and well prepared... we’ve also had found Mash’d to be super Versatile... great with the our family (which includes young kids) or adults out for a date night... and great for brunch or dinner...
This is a fun atmosphere with delicious foods and drinks. It’s nice because they have a great gluten free and vegetarian options! I highly recommend going here if you want a casual, unique experience!
Amber was our server. She’s just delightful! Fast service, we never had to ask for a refill even. She knew what we had and had it on the spit. Great smile and personality. I go to Mashd a good bit, first time to have Amber.
Great food. Our guests enjoyed themselves.
The brunch menu is great.
Great food, Great staff I will definitely be going back
We came to Mash’d for Father’s Day brunch and had a great experience. Our server, Carl, was very thorough and knowledgeable. The restaurant was busy but he was still attentive. All of us enjoyed our meals and we all enjoyed our blackberry mimosas. We will definitely go back.
Great Service and Good Food. I like the variety of food offered.
Super fun - great food and big portions!
What a fun place to dine! We went prior to a show at Comerica Center and loved the food, service, and atmosphere. I’d wear lightweight clothes as the doors at the bar are open for outdoor diners and it can get warm. Our server Patrick was great! Both of us had fried chicken dinners and enjoyed the meal! We can’t wait for our next meal at Mash’d! Thank you!
Had a great anniversary dinner! Our waiter was great and the food was delicious.
We really enjoyed our visit. Fun casual atmosphere.
Service was great but the music was so loud which maid the patrons talk loud so it was really loud while trying to enjoy our food
Delicious food and excellent service!
Overpriced and the food was average but my main complaint was the noise levels were so loud you can’t talk. Meatloaf was pretty good and mashed potatoes were very good. Won’t go back.
We sat outside in a shady beautiful area. It was peaceful, quiet but full of energy around us. Easy to have a private conversation with our party of 7. Food was great, came Out quickly and drinks were awesome. Special requests were easy!
Celebrated our 19th anniversary here (it is a fairly regular destination for us) and as always, food and service were great.
The food and service were both amazing! Great value for the huge portion size and awesome flavors of all the food. We will go back again for sure!
It was awesome m and being a Detroiter, the Detroiter pizza is the real deal. Jose, our waiter and Alyssa the Manager took tremendous care of us. Two thumbs up!
Food and service was wonderful! The waitress was very attentive and nice!
Wasn’t too impressed with the quality of food, just fell really short on the chicken and biscuits, the gravy on it made it inedible and the fresh fish was cut so thin for the price. The burgers, guacamole and craft cocktails were awesome tho!!!
Mash’d is one of my favorite places to grab brunch/lunch or dinner. I have been probably 9-10 times over the last year and a half and I have YET to find something I did not like.
The ambiance is great (though can be noisy at times, simply because it’s crowded) and it is a really cute place. The service is always excellent.
Drinks - The blood orange mimosas are delicious for brunch and a glass/bottle of wine or Prosecco for dinner are always on point. They have a ton of cool mixed drink options on the menu that are delicious.
Food - (Apps/Starters) I crave their Spinach & Corn Dip. It is probably the best dip I have ever had. The Queso is amazing - It has a bit of a kick to it (but not bad), so probably have younger kids steer clear of it. (Brunch) The French toast and Chicken & Waffles were great. (Dinner) Cheeseburgers were great if you want something simple. The Fresh Fish Sandwich (blackened) was delicious - I got it without the bun, Caesar salad, and added a side of broccoli. Their steamed broccoli is delicious as it has an amazing garlic taste to it, but not too overpowering. The Avocado Bomb salad is one of the BEST salads I have ever had in my life! I will definitely be back for more soon. Mash’d has easily become one of my favorite places and never seems to disappoint.
We had our favorites: the Bulgogi Tacos, Meatloaf and Pineapple Bomb! Such a fabulous meal!
