I made a reservation for Easter brunch after looking for a brunch spot while staying at a cottage for the weekend on the water. Found Market kitchen and Sunday brunch was posted as $39 which I thought was a great deal for a nice brunch with bottomless mimosas. No where was posted that Easter brunch was any different. When arriving I noticed that mimosas you had to purchase but no big deal it was Easter. Food was decent but minimal, things that were posted for Sunday brunch were not there. Then came the bill $69 and gratuity included, I work in the business and am away of how terrible people are on the holidays so wasn't upset about gratuity. I am aware as to why your servers get stiffed when an establishment basically steals from their guests. Needless to say never going back

The Market rarely disappoints, the food and ambiance is excellent, a truly delightful and relaxing experience. The only issue that I take note with, since my wife and I have been going there for years, is the absence of the singer who had a great voice and sang some of the most soothing songs around. Her performance was really missed during this dining experience. They really should try to bring her back, without her making the mood complete the Market is just another restaurant and not the special location to be at in Ocala.

We were disappointed with the food selection they had. Some of the hot food was not hot (warm, we were there at 11:30). FB ad said endless: Mimosas, Bloody Mary Bar, Buffet. We were charged for the Bloody Mary’s? The prime rib had very good flavor, however; it was all over cooked for us. We are rare to med-rare. For the $$ we would not try it again. **Please Do Not go by our experience, it was strictly our Preferences.

Four of us went for the Thanksgiving buffet. The turkey was too salty, the cranberry orange gravy was bitter. There was no cranberry sauce and there were no rolls. Some things were good. The cold bar was nice. Dessert shots were good. We won't go back. It was not worth the price.
