   This was our first time at Market Bistro after numerous recommendations. We loved the food, the wine list and the very helpful and friendly service. There was a hold up in the kitchen and the attentive waitstaff gave us complimentary bread and kept the wine flowing. We had a wonderful time at this establishment and will certainly be back with visitors and on our own.

   Fantastic entrees but I cannot understand when ordering an exceptional steak at $50 it comes with half a plate of chips and a bit of lettuce. ( that’s what I expect from a pub) not a 5 star restaurant.

    I’ve been to market bistro countless times, the food is AMAZING but no only is the food amazing so are the staff. They have such timely manner, very professional but also friendly. Will always recommend Market Bistro to anyone looking for a beautiful fine dining course.

    Best restaurant we have been to in forever, we had the best seating in the house up the back in our own little private area. Our serve was amazing and the food was also amazing, it was a great restaurant to take my mum and my partners mum for mothers days they enjoyed themselves a lot

    The food is not as good as it used to be. It lacks flavour and looks boring. The service was really bad, we waited 15min before the waitress even asked if we want drinks. When we had wine, my husband had to stand up to get the decanter and poor it ourselves.

    Good food, Interesting menu that caters for dietary requirements esp for celiacs, Love the fact you can choose wine from the bottle shop and just pay a moderate corkage First time dining here but will definitely revisit

    This is a true Bistro with a laid-back casual atmosphere. We had an impromptu lunch and the food and service, and the extensive wine list, were as good as any of the fine-dining restaurants in Melbourne. The price tag may dissuade some, but the same quality of dining anywhere else would cost twice as much. At last we have a world-class restaurant in Maroochydore.

    The cocktails were the highlight. After reading positive reviews we thought we’d try this funky looking establishment out. My friends got there before me where they were greeted with a man in a blue shirt who rushed them to the table and hurriedly told them he needs the table by quarter to 8. Puzzled my friends say yes we will be out of here by then. Waitress who took orders was lovely. But the scallops were over cooked and tasteless, rib eye was delicious but pasta (gnocchi) was super bland. The special desert apple pie was delicious but the tiramisu was dry and sugary. At the start the waiter asked if we’d like still or sparkling should have said tap, as $30 dollars later on water we were shocked! Absolute rookie mistake. Taste & quality of Food and welcoming needs work.

    We love dining at Market Bistro. It feels special when we come in and sit amongst the gorgeous setting and so we usually save these dinners for special occasions. The service, and food AMAZING! And your wine.... amazing! I had the french Rose (can highly recommend). Thank you for another sensational experience.

    hmm ..it's disappointing to go out for dinner and the food on the menu is not accurate, my pasta dish was served with frozen small prawns not king prawns as the menu read, the meat my daughter had was tough.the flavor was missing, When one pays high price's you expect quality. don't take this as a negative, but room for you to improve.
