Market Bistro will open from 11.30am 7 days a week, offering a classic “bistro style” menu featuring house made pasta, and a great selection of dry aged meats and a bunch of export quality local seafood.

Our wine list will be interesting, constantly evolving and feature predominantly Australian and New Zealand producers.

A unique feature of the Bistro is the fact you can walk into & purchase wine from the Wine Store for retail prices then drink it in the Bistro (for a small corkage fee.)

Market Bistro will be a stylish, casual restaurant that is not stuffy or pretentious... It is professional, casual & truly local.

We offer two courses with accompanying sides for $80 per person or three courses for $95 per person. Friday and Saturday evenings are a minimum of three courses with all other times an option of two or three courses. Additional menu add on options are available below.     The food was really lovely, but I don’t think it was as wow factor as the price tag would make you think! We felt a bit close to the other diners and the chairs weren’t very comfortable. The table stopped you from being able to outstretch your legs so was also quite uncomfy, which was extra disappointing as I had specifically booked high top seating. Great service and lovely decor and setting.

    Great meal to celebrate a birthday. Service was fabulous. Our waitress was knowledgeable and attentive. Food was fantastic - the pasta I had was one of the best pasta dishes I have ever had. Good selection of wine which was pretty reasonably priced.

    Market Bistro is a beautiful restaurant. My mum and I were both impressed when we walked in. We visited for my mum's birthday, and the staff were very accommodating, helping to arrange a dessert with a candle for her celebration. The service was fantastic, and the food was amazing!

    We had the shared steak and dick roasted potatoes, cooked to perfection and melted in your mouth. Great location and ambience for date night
