Once again, a great experience. The food was very good and portions just right. While I miss the Egg-roll appetizer, the Crab Imperial dip is an exceptional alternative. The Beef Wellington special (spouse) and the Salmon (self) entrees were truly favorable and well prepared. Amy, our server, was very attentive and informative concerning the menu and while we'd like to try the Tavern for our next visit, the formal dining areas have a lot to offer (and maybe a bit quieter).

Had a wonderful experience dining. The history was captured exquisitely in the surroundings. Our meal choice of Riley was well prepared and delicious. Do not forget dessert... the chocolate cake and warm apple cobbler were so good. About a 10 minute drive outside of Gettysburg but so worth it! Jen, kudos to you for an outstanding dining experience!

The service was good but during Omicron and needing a negative test to board a plane next week we were a bit unnerved with wait staff unmasked at our table side. Very polite and good service regardless. As for the food, the Marsala was good but not spectacular, the salad was fine, I don’t know why a protein addition was not possible. I know how to mix my palates flavors. The $32 scallop dish was completely lacking flavor, even the oil and herbs it was In Tasted of nothing. We boxed the remainder to fix at home. We welcomed the restaurants low number of guests as we wanted fine dining without a crowd and that seems to be what we got. The house Chardonnay was excellent as well as the bread service and mushroom bisque!

We really enjoyed a great meal in a lovely place. The food was terrific. The service was excellent, even a bit too quick. We would like to have a bit more leisurely pace. The decor for the holidays was lovely. We hope to go back with friends soon

The service was great, the food was good, and the atmosphere was lovely. We particularly enjoyed listening to Morning Sky -- Rebecca and Dempsey Price -- while dining. We will definitely go again.

Our group were seated in an area that could hear guitar music from the next area. It was the bar location and the noise did not interfere with our conversations. The food was superb in preparation and choice of entrees. I have lived in the area for 44 years and have avoided the restaurant when the owners were less than stellar in food preparation. I sincerely hope that a new and the older group of patrons will bring this location into being as the great place to have dinner with an ambiance of relaxation and culinary satifaction.

We have been coming to the Gettysburg area for over 20 years and just love the history behind the Mansion House so it's wonderful to see that it's been brought back to life with the new owner. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming and the food is outstanding.

Our first time dining here and really had a very enjoyable meal. Being the holidays, they were extremely busy, but did not let it affect our experience. Great ambiance, great service (thanks Amy), and great food. Definitely a must place to visit and only minutes from Gettysburg.

This visit we had the crab imperial appetizer, my wife had the salmon and I had the scallops. And a couple of signature drinks and we had a wonderful dinner. We certainly enjoy the atmosphere. We finally toured the tavern area and it’s very inviting. I see drinks and an appetizer in our near future in the tavern.

This place was amazing! Every bite was delicious and our server was fun and lovely. Could not recommend it more. The scallops were cooked perfect, the crab cakes were delicious, and the crab imperial egg roll was to die for. Also the warm homemade sourdough was just the start to the meal that was needed. We are from out of town but would drive out of our way to come back. Thanks for a great evening!

We booked our rooms easily a few months in advance. We had dinner before the easy check in. Everything we ordered was delicious. Breakfast was included with the room bookings but we figured since we had to leave by 7am to get to our game that we would miss out. George the owner said no problem and he would have breakfast ready at 6:30am. We had French toast and ham and he told us all about the inn and its history. We had a wonderful time and would recommend the restaurant and the bed and breakfast.

Not a local in Gettysburg. I found this treasure of a restaurant on open table. Food was delicious. Small but good wine list. Music on weekends and a very nice dining experience. Only 8 miles from Gettysburg. Easy to get to and off street parking. Highly recommend

We had three people and all said the food was delicious, properly prepared, and ample. The only reason I don't choose "outstanding" is that there is no choice for sides with the entrees. But the sides of the day were just fine. Also, creme brulet was not worth the price--it is tiny. Service was not fast, but certainly not as bad as many understaffed restaurants these days, and you could not ask for a more pleasant, cheerful, and hard-working staff. The ambience of Manor House is a given, and the new owner has only made it better. All-in-all it was an excellent experience and we definitely will come here more often now.

I was getting a lot of grief from everyone as we drove away from Gettysburg to the restaurant but all 6 of us loved our meals which were very more flavorful and delicious than the meal we had the night before at the Dobbins House. The apple mojitos were not too sweet and complimented the seasonal dishes. A visit to this historical building in and of itself is worth the trip. We will come here again when we visit Gettysburg next year.

Celebrated my sister's birthday here, and it was perfect! Charming old home with relaxed atmosphere. The service was pleasant and efficient. The she crab and broccoli and cheddar soups were yummy. The scallops and shrimp etouffe were delicious. Definitely going again. We decided to try the porch dining when the weather warms.

Very quaint, quiet atmosphere in the dining room. There was live music in the tavern which could be heard. My smoked maple bourbon cocktail went wonderfully with my salmon entree. Overall, pleasant, and tasty satisfying meal.
