The Attic of Malt dining has been transformed from a working class Georgian building, built in 1864, to a stunning 1 hat contemporary dining experience complete with whisky bar and private cellar dining room. Executive chef Andy Birse plates up a beautiful and satisfying dining experience focusing on close to source dining and paying significant care to dietary requirements. Two menus are available at Malt with an express bistro offer in the bar and a more refined dining experience in the Attic that show cases contemporary food techniques with classic style service. Malt dining is centrally located in the Brisbane CBD, close to Eagle St pier and all public transport. The Attic Restaurant is located up the stairs as you walk in the door. This space can host up to 80 people for a sit down event, or up to 150 for stand up canapes.
Enter via a hidden staircase at the rear of our Whisky bar, our wine cellar hosts private dining occasions for up to 20 guests. Surrounded by private collections of wine, this space is one to remember for a private or intimate group.
