The look and feel as soon as you walk in is very elegant and upscale. The service was also impeccable. We go to try the Seasonal Tasting Menu, which is the best way to try a little bit of everything. Every bite is a fun adventure. From the Beef Tartare to the Yellowfin Tuna, all the appetizers were delicious. And the Foie Gras Nutter Butter was something else! You must try it! The Black Truffle Gnocchi also stood out, with its delicate precision and thoughtfulness. The Brioche stuffed Amish Chicken was also very tasty and original. You even get to pick your own knife, each with its own backstory. The cocktails are also refreshing and flavorful, taking you all around the world with its selection. My favorite was the Mexico City, made with mezcal. I highly recommend you stop by and get a taste for yourself. You will then know exactly why they earned a Michelin star! 🍽️ Everything we Tried: Seasonal Tasting Menu Foie Gras “Nutter Butter” Beef Tartare* Wellfleet Oyster Apple and Burrata Black Truffle Gnocchi Brioche Stuffed Amish Chicken Pear Cheesecake Mexico City Hoi An Toronto Paris El Tesoro Anejo #maass #massrestaurant #fourseasons #cesarslists

@maass_ftl is redefining luxury dining in South Florida 🍷 From the visionary mind of Michelin-starred Chef @r_ratino, MAASS brings contemporary wood-fire cuisine to the stunning Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale. With a menu inspired by the finest ingredients from Europe and Japan, standout dishes like the Foie Gras Macaron, ‘Crown Roast’ Dry Aged Duck, and Black Truffle Gnudi showcase the artistry of flame-driven cooking. But it’s not just about the food—the vibe is on point. 🎶 Imagine indulging in world-class cuisine while vibing to T-Pain’s “Buy U a Drank”—the perfect balance of moody and elevated without feeling stuffy. MAASS feels modern and refined with an open kitchen and chef’s counter that put the cooking on full display, offering an upscale yet inviting dining theatre; the music can be energetic and occasionally on the louder side.
Yes, MAASS is well suited to a special evening: its Michelin-starred tasting menus, award-winning wine list, and multiple anniversary and celebration visits make it a strong date-night choice.
Saturdays and Sundays, brunch runs Sat and Sun 11:30 am–2:00 pm, and guests frequently praise the brunch (notably the Japanese soufflé pancakes).
Guests commonly describe portions as generous, several reviews note they left comfortably full or even "stuffed" after the tasting progression.
MAASS is especially lovely for weekend brunch, try a late Saturday or Sunday brunch (11:30 am–2:00 pm), when the dining room was noted as not full and you can watch the kitchen gearing up for the evening service.
MAASS is a fine-dining restaurant and does not appear to offer a dedicated kids’ menu, one guest noted the only child option was buttered pasta, so families should expect to share adult dishes.
