Took my daughter for her 17th before an event. Fabulous service, lovely venue and the High Tea was great value. The only thing that would have made it better was to have a choice of sandwich filling when booking ☺️

The pasta dish was lovely and filling. There was too much on the plate. But the barramundi was the opposite. A small, undercooked piece of fish with a few leaves of salad. Very disappointing

We were really excited about have dinner at Lyrebird and the experience started well. We booked for 5.30pm and advised we had a show at 7.30pm. We were seated immediately and had our drink orders taken. We waited a little bit for our food order to be taken but that was ok. Our drinks were served straight away followed closely by our mains. Then we waited and waited and waited. We had a show booked in the Lyric Theatre and we were getting concerned when after waiting nearly an hour and a half and no meal, we would have to cancel our meal to make our show. We enquired about our meals and within a couple of minutes they came out which was great. But the were slopped together. One was just one piece of steak on a plate, another was stone cold and the other looked in edible. It looked awful. My mother in law refused to eat it. They tried with the service recovery by offering something else or a drink and to remove it from the bill which was good of them. The downside was when we asked for our bill as time was running out before our show, they decided to start setting tables rather than organising our bill. Basically, an attitude like we will get your bill when we are good and ready. It kind of put a dampener on our night out. We might not go there again. First and last time for us.

The service was amazing as the waiter was perfect with her timing and charm. The voice and volume of music set a beautiful ambiance. To top it off. The food was Devi e. We will be going here before each prosit from now on!
