    This was our first time at Luna Blu and we loved it! My raviolis were delicious ne my husband loved his squid ink pasta dish! The service was excellent and the location on the water couldn’t be beat. We will definitely return!

    My mom and I took a little mother daughter trip to Tiburon. We decided to try Luna Blu - it did not disappoint! The food was absolutely amazing! I got the branzino and brussle sprouts. Everything was cooked to perfection and our waiter was very attentive and helpful! Will definitely be returning!

    Basic food, the flavors were good but it was like a la carte --- not a meal. The food in general is not worth the elevated prices. We had salmon and it came on a plate with no vegetable, no grain... It was a piece of fish on a plate. The flavor is good, but not worth the price at all. The service is good or terrible depending on the server. We were sat outside and it was cold and windy, so we asked if we could sit inside where there were many open tables. They kindly moved us inside, and the host told an older blonde waitress to serve our table, to which she said, "No, I'm not serving the difficult people." It was really rude. The people at the other tables looked put off as well, it was totally bizarre, we weren't difficult at all and there were plenty of open tables. The waiter who served us was super friendly and we had great service after that. This place used to be a favorite and we've come here many times over the years, but this was a very underwhelming experience.

    Time to add more flavor to the food! Good fundamental recipes and menu selection but everything is bland. Where are the herbs and spices that take food from ok to great?

    The food was the best, but despite that it took them 30 minutes to take it to the table and it was an appetizer and a lasagna, in addition to that they sat us in an area that is under construction and the truth is not at all attractive.

    On a Monday evening, we waited 40+ mins for a reservation made weeks in advance for 2 people. Very slow service, as well. Good food & a wonderful view from outside seating.

    The special turned out to be 3 oz of the tail end of a small halibut smothered in 4 oz of pistachio nuts and some oil. Not good. Garlic spinach with burned garlic and spinach that was soggy, not sautéed. Calamari with zucchini was mostly calamari done pretty well, but only a few pieces of the veggie. Branzino that the waiter called seabass when brought to the table, but both guests thought it was OK. A bad day for Luna Blu.

    Hi River Front Foodie, We are very sorry to hear you left unhappy and wouldn't recommend us. Did you mention to the server you were disappointed with your food? It is our policy to remove items from guests bill if they are not good. Sorry for the confusion with the Branzino it is a Mediteranean Seabass so could be called Seabass also. Can you let us know if you came in for lunch or dinner so we can address your issues with the correct team.     Tried the Quinoa Salad with truffles Buffalo Motsarella and avocado our new favorite! The chicken mushroom main dish was very delicious .
