Luna Blu never disappoints! Creative food and excellent service.

We have patronized Luna Blu for several years. During the pandemic, our family has enjoyed their take out wine tasting dinners -- very innovative and entertaining. My wife and I ate inside for the first time this week since the virus craziness began. This is a small restaurant but the tables were adequately spaced and we felt very safe. We always enjoy the cozy, relaxed atmosphere and interaction with the owner and staff.

Excellent food with outstanding, non intrusive service. Check out the pizza and wine pairing dinners on Tuesday and Thursday nights. This is our "go to" restaurant in Annapolis.

I drove from Fairfax Virginia to Annapolis to try out this restaurant with excellent ratings. The food was amazing. The service was excellent and timely. If you’ve never been here, you are missing a hidden gem. I will be back. Well worth the 50+ mile one-way drive.

We went here for Valentine's Day. My boyfriend and I absolutely LOVED every minute of our dinner. From the appetizers to dessert and everything in between, this far exceeded our expectations. Great spot for date night!

As usual, Luna Blu was amazing. It was a fantastic place for our Valentine's Day dinner. The food is extraordinary and the service is so friendly and informative. You are making a mistake if you do not try Luna Blu. It is our "go to" restaurant in Annapolis!!

A little outdated inside but very good good, nice server.

The table behind us had four diners that were quite loud. The noise level went down considerably after they departed.

The fettuccini scampi was delicious. The seafood was fresh and cooked perfectly. The tiramisu was the best I 've had in remembrance. I tried both the Beretta and the crab bruschetta and I would recommend both to anyone. I look forward to trying something new the next time.

Always a wonderful experience at Luna Blu. Personal service, excellent food and wine list and everything is always a good value. A piece of restaurant heaven on West St. in Annapolis.

My husband and I headed to Luna Blu for our 2nd anniversary dinner and were treated like royalty. Mary took such good care of us and the food was outstanding. We chose the four-course meal and what a treat. I especially loved the scallops over polenta appetizer...so scrumptious!! Truly a memorable and lovely evening. Thank you, Luna Blu!

I love Luna! I admire the owner greatly and the experience she creates when you walk through those little blue doors. I have tried nearly everything on the menu and not one bad meal. I always leave happy and smiling. This restaurant is truly a treat for me and my friends.

We had a great dinner Saturday night with our friends. We made a reservation thru Open Table and waited only a few minutes until our table (right next to the front window) was ready. Service was perfect. We never felt rushed but our server was attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. Luna Blu has a varied wine list and we easily picked a bottle of wine that was a favorite snd an exceptional value. Our salads (Greek) and entrees were excellent. The penne pasta, marinara, mozzarella and basil was delicious and enough to take hone for my lunch today. We didn’t have desert but there were several we would have ordered if we had the room! We will definitely go back soon. There were several dishes that we would love to try. Glad we found another Italian restaurant that will be our new go to :)

Everything about our experience was wonderful! Our party decided to all do the four course meal special, and it did not disappoint. Every single course was delicious, especially the crab bruschetta antipasti, the penne alla vodka entrée, and the apple strudel dessert. Our server was very attentive, and the atmosphere was lovely. We are already looking forward to coming back again!

We took our daughter and her friend there for the pizza and wine pairing. The pizzas were delicious and the service was excellent.

I love the atmosphere at Luna Blu. The minute you walk in, the small hits you and you can’t wait to get the delicious bread and dip to indulge in as you browse the menu. The service is excellent and the owner is always visable and makes you feel like a valued customer.

Leaving our dinner, I'd say my husband and I both felt very net-neutral on the experience. Cute, quiet, cozy little place, off of West street. We were happy to try something 'new' to us, after living in the area for 10+ years. This definitely checked the box.

We were warmly greeted after we walked in - staff was very pleasant.

Menu was good. It felt like it hit all of the standards - and gave quite a variety. You can't beat the price on the 4 course meal!

I wish, our server would have been more attentive and suggestive. Plates/glasses/etc. remained on the table for quite some time and weren't removed. When asked for menu suggestions - we didn't really get much of a strong vibe on what the restaurant specialized in, or what the locals would rave about - which left me wanting more.

Mussels - were awesome. Bruchetta - had a great flavor and the bread was crisp, but not too crispy. Salad (arugula and house) were good, nothing crazy. Spaghetti - was okay. Lots of sauce and meat, having some bread to scoop it up - would have been a home run. Seafood fettuccini - great flavor. Real / grinded parm cheese - would have been a great addition to both meals. Homemade noodles - would have really hit the spot. Tiramisu - next to our appetizers - this was our fav.

So, in summary, staff was warm and welcoming. Server could have been more suggestive and attentive. Food was good, not out of this world fantastic, but good. I'd go again. Price point - spot on. COVID safety - felt a little crowded....but let's be real, I felt safe and I don't think they could have done anything 'better' in this regard.

When it comes to Italian fine dining without breaking the bank, Luna Blu is a GREAT choice (especially on half price wine bottle nights :)).

Our experience was wonderful. The food was delicious, service was great and don't miss the tortellini soup.

The food was outstanding! The 4-course meal allowed a lot of variety from escargot, salad, choice of any entree, and dessert. Social distancing was excellent with tables spaced appropriately. Recommend reservations as the restaurant is small, typical for downtown Annapolis restaurants.

Luna Blu is a great place to vehemently ra
