Lucy Liu Restaurant
Blurring the lines between diverse cuisines, the menu serves up both street and refined, modern Asian food that breaks with tradition and has flavour at its core. Executive Chef and co-owner, Zac Cribbes, advocates both Thai and Chinese flavours, both playing a huge role in the bold and enticing menu.
The Lucy Liu experience was created to be fun, exciting and accessible for all. From office workers enjoying a lunch-time get-together, a special occasion celebrated in the private dining room, an intimate dinner-for-two, or a group of friends sharing a table amongst the buzzing crowd, every experience is honed to meet the occasion.

Favourite restaurant in Melbourne and great to be able to dine in again! Dumplings, pancake roll & bao's are musts!
The service was a let down usually the staff are able to handle more diners and are on top of things a lot more.
Great ambience, service is exceptional and food is delicious.
A little pricey, but certainly a superb location for that special occasion with that special someone.
Lucy luis service was dry and dull. Sloppy. Food was overrated.
Food and drinks were delicious! Waiting staff were lovely
We ordered the Chef's table option.
The majority of the food was fantastic, Fresh Oysters, Kingfish Sashimi, Tumeric Cauliflower, Korean Fried Chicken bun (which was stunning) we had one dish (Barramundi and Scampi Dumplings) that came out that was unfortunately not enjoyed by any of us at the table. But to their credit and great service, they replaced them with Sui Mai Prawn dumplings which were much nicer.
I highly recommend trying the Green Papaya Salad - that blew my mind, so much flavour and so good (if you like chilli in your salad)
Overall cracking night, great drinks menu to add to it all and the atmosphere has a good intensity to it without being overwhelming., definitely recommend and will be going back for sure.
We had one of the set course menus. Every dish was delicious. Wine waiter knew his stuff. Staff accommodating of a "drop in" friend who joined us for a drink - all within covid safe rules.
Love love this place! King fish sashimi, soft shell crab pancake absolute must.
Great service and amazing food! Can’t wait to visit again.
My favourite restaurant! Always love coming to Lucy lui, food is amazing, staff are lovely and love the whole vibe
Food was delicious and the restaurant was extremely nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Prices are competitive for the high quality of the food. The menu is kind of small, but I prefer quality over quantity.
After a long year avoiding the Melbourne CBD, and at the very end of my holidays before i returned to work, i felt the need to pamper myself. Simple mission: Great food and great cocktails! Lucy Liu delivered on both fronts! Deliciously scrumptious.
After enjoying LL on Providoor we tried the restaurant. Overall, we felt it missed the mark. Two of the dishes were average compared and a couple were great. Service was good and ambience excellent. From a value perspective would probably not bother again.
Work New Years get together
Great food love all the flavors of Luciliu great atmosphere
Outstanding yet again service food service excellent
This was my second visit in a week, just amazing. Can’t rate the food more highly
great first impressions as you walk in there was a buzzy atmosphere, dark, red lighting and lounge music. Sat down and ordered drinks. chatted, waiting for drinks, waitress came to take food order - still no drinks but we ordered food anyway. Waitress was great advising us on how much food to order and giving recommendations. We wait for our drinks to arrive (glass of champagne and a cocktail) ... Then our starters arrived. We asked where our drinks were and they were brought over afterwards. There went the buzz of a toast and enjoying our pre-dinner drinks as we had food already there. But the food was great and we ordered wine with our mains. We were enjoying the selection of food, but then started to feel a bit rushed as the waitress came to take plates that weren't finished. Literally as we finished eating we were told the table was needed (after 90 mins) and that we could finish our drinks at the bar, which we were happy to do - but these 2 things really stood out - we thought Lucy Liu was a premium restaurant, and could understand this happening at somewhere like Wagamama, but when you're paying a premium you expect the service and entire experience to live up to that.
Absolutely delicious as always, highly recommend.
An excellent experience. The food and ambience were fantastic and the service amazing. Our waitress was outstanding!
Great venue, food was amazing, service could not be faulted. Loved eating here, would highly recommend
Great service. The staff were very helpful in explaining the dishes. We had the chefs choice banquet which was very delicious and plentiful. Really enjoyed our lunch.
Fabulous food, great service. Never disappoints. Highly recommended
Excellent in every way, will definitely return soon!
Vegan eaters rejoice! We had the 5 course vegan tasting option and loved it and I’m not a vegan.
This is the 3rd visit here in 18 months. We rate this establishment the best restaurant in Melb. Food and Flavours simply outstanding. We shall continue bringing new devotees here.
Thank You Lucy, ls
Love love love Lucy Liu food is amazing service is brilliant excellent atmosphere
We were so impressed with all aspects of our dining experience. It was a fantastic way to bring in the new year and we will definitely be back.
What can I say other than this restaurant was exceptional, everything from the service, drinks and waitstaff was impeccable. It’s now on my list of favourite restaurants in Melbourne.
We had a beautiful News Eve here a family with teenage kids. The waitress was extremely attentive, with both food and refilling the drinks. She was also very helpful in asking for allergies or modifications for my son who doesn’t eat spicy food. The food was outstanding and fresh, lots of different small dishes and large dishes as well. Overall we ordered maybe ten dishes. The meals were very well priced for four people and affordable as you could really choose a variety of food with smaller or larger pricing. Greatly surprised how nice the whole dinner was as that was our first time.
Always great food, and service. Was perfect fir our last meal of 2020!
Great food and great service. One of my favourite go to restaurants
Wonderful flavours and presentation from the Chefs.
Fab service both food and wine
Awesome Atmosphere
Overall a Stunning night with my Gorgeous Family.
Thank you
Wasn't asked to check in on arrival but we realised half way through and checked into the location - scary considering how many hot spots are popping up in Melbourne. Waitress was unenthused and rude which really put us off so we left the restaurant sooner than expected.
Really tasty Asian fusion with great ambiance and awesome cocktails. We’ll see you again soon Lucy
Super establishment, always busy, always a winner.
Go there......... food drinks service incredible!!!
Superb ! Service food atmosphere very enjoyable thank you
Excellent. One of our favourite restaurants, consistent, overall great value
