Lot No. 3
We serve everything from snacks like housemade kettle chips with sweet onion dip and our famous "plate o' bacon" to chicken and waffles and desserts including the cinnamon roll with cream cheese icing.
Our cocktail and spirits program has been recognized as one of the strongest in the Puget Sound.
At Lot No. 3 our focus is on classic cocktails and craft brews. We have six beers on tap, a wide variety by the bottle, as well as over one hundred spirits.
What Insiders Are Saying
Lot No. 3 is a fun gastropub in Bellevue with whiskey cocktails and classy bar snacks.
Fantastic food, however, extremely poor service. Took a few friends out and it was 15 minutes until drinks arrived and over 45 minutes until our food arrived!!! Every drink after that took about 10+ minutes to get to the table. When our bill came, we noticed they included gratuity of 20%. Definitely would not have tipped that much. Overall unfortunately, bad experience.
Best Service we have had in a long time, our waiter was on the ball and new as soon as we needed something or just came over to check on us. Food was SO quick and tasted amazing.
The food is outstanding
Visiting friends and family.
Mixed drinks were good, I think that is their forte’ but the appetizers were unseasoned and lacked overall flavor. The upscale bar food was ok - I had fish and chips, my friend had a burger. In both cases the fries were awesome and wish I could have more. The service was nice and friendly, but not in an awkward way.
We grabbed dinner on a Saturday night over a holiday weekend, so the place was not busy at all, but usually is. Great drinks! Great food! Maybe staff was feeling melancholy from the low energy of the environment, but they weren't out of this world, but they also didn't suck.
Food was good. Was really surprised that they didn’t offer any pork alternatives for bacon or sausage though. Service was extremely slow with no explanation or apology.
Everything was great, however, they do charge an automatic 20% tip. It doesn't make sense to do have this in Bellevue, where the minimum wage isn't $15.
The 20% "service" charge is annoying but whatever... Just makes me not want to tip the server. Everything else is great.
Celebrating our graduate and some much needed family time
This was a huge celebration dinner with my family and everyone treated us so well. The food was good, our server was great and the evening was awesome!
Interesting menu and everyone enjoyed their meals.
I go to Lot No. 3 often, but this was my first time for brunch. The food and service were exceptional as always. My favorite time to visit is still Whiskey Wednesday, but I have definitely found another great spot for brunch and will definitely be back!
Normally we love dining with you guys. Our experience was different this time. Was there with my parents, wife and kid. It was Father’s Day so I understand it being busy, however, we were the first people seated and despite ordering within 10-15 minutes, it took almost an hour for our food to come out. And the food was cold when served. Lauren, our server, seemed cold and distant. She didn’t wish us a good morning or Happy Father’s Day. She took the drink order for my wife and I and started to walk away before asking my parents. Had to call her back twice to complete their drink order. Also, she never an explanation for the delay in food service. I had to ask her about it when getting the check, as I noticed others seated and food delivered within 20 minutes. She explained the delay was due to a mistake in the kitchen, but her apology was less than genuine.
I did talk to the manager, Andrew, and he was very gracious in hearing me out and very accommodating after the fact.
Will still back in the future, but was disappointed by this particular experience
You may have been short a waitress that lunch hour, felt a bit like we were more of an inconvenience than your reason for being.
Service was attentive and friendly. Ambience is lively. Food was of
Good quality bit a bit pricey for what was offered.
It’s middle of the road at best. Usually servers are inattentive but on rare occasion you will get an outlier. Drinks are good. Brunch here is good, on the more expensive end for the quality you receive. But overall it’s a good everyday casual spot. Easy to get together with friends or family here.
Not impressed. Horrible service and they automatically give themselves a 20% gratuity. Will not be back.
Nice relaxed place to go for comfort food and drinks. I took my daughter to dinner for her birthday. We both enjoyed it. Vegetarian options are limited, but the Lentil Hash was pretty good. Her Cuban was good, though she didn't feel bacon needed to be on it. Server was fine. We both felt Lot 3 needs to put more than a tablespoon of ice cream on the oatmeal chocolate chip dessert.
It was a lackluster birthday celebration. The Sunday time frame was very different that after work.
Service was AWFUL! Three words: Food was cold. If it takes 20 minutes after getting seated to get a waiter to come over, the restaurant has problems. Waitress maybe came over twice during our entire expience and it wasn’t even busy brunch hour on a Saturday. 20% mandatory gratuity is ridiculous for the service and the quality of the dining experience. We had to get up for salt and pepper for our cold food because any waiter or waitress was MIA & we had to take our bill/card to our waitress for her to run it because again she was MIA or socializing with the other waitresses. Also, maybe refill a coffee once in awhile instead of hanging out with all the other waiters just talking. If I had the option I would have left zero tip, this should be a wake up call to management & staff, because if you don’t give high quality and polite service you won’t be having any customers come through that door when they hear they have to pay for mediocre food and terrible service.
Food was really good, but only a little overpriced for what you receive . Service was 3/5; had to wait a long time for check-in and getting the check at the end of the meal.
Service is slow and inefficient. Waited more than 5 mins to be seated even though I have reservation and the table is empty. No one talked to us 10 mins after seated. We have to grab a waiter to make our order. The food is just okay and bland.
Best eggs benedict I have ever eaten. They do it with Pork Belly. :)
The service was basically non existent and the food was ok. Have been here previously where the food and service were much better. If this was my first experience I probably wouldn’t go back.
Went for 1/2 price whisk(e)y on Wednesday which has become a tradition when my business partners are in town. The food is good, but not great. The service was outstanding as usual.
One of my favorite places for brunch. Good service and delicious food. The candied bacon is a must.
Good place for brunch.
Great spot for breakfast...friendly servers and food is always good, definitely try the pomegranate mimosa!
The server wasn’t very attentive ! I have never had a restaurant charge us 20% tip for just two people!
My daughter and I love this restaurant. Great service and fantastic food. The PB&J&B is my favorite.
I've been here a few times. The food is always great with a nice spin on classic items. Service has always been good as well.
Brought some friends from out of town to enjoy th fun vibe of Lot No. 3. I ordered the pulled chicken salad and asked the waitress if she could add in some kale, which was delicious.
All in all our experience was favorable with the exception of our waitress. Although she executed her service of our table well in tasks, she failed to add in basic etiquettes like smiling, being polite and using good manners.
Later, we saw our bill of over $300 had an 18% automatic gratuity added on top. Honestly, our waitress would never have earned this in my mind, I think she realized she no long t has to work for tips and no longer bothers.
For me, I will no longer frequent this establishment because what’s the point if the waitress isn’t even pleasant?
Food is good, staff very friendly, great ambiance. Beware of bathrooms; barn doors aren’t 100% private. We plan to go again soon to try something besides the elk burger which was delicious
Enjoyed our meal and ambiance. It was a bit noisy for a business meeting, but if was a fun location. I got there early and parking in the garage was ample and they validate.
Celebrating father day... great food! Nice options for children and great flexibility! Love the place
Not a fan of any place that has a 20% surcharge and you get poor service. We had to ask for refills. We were celebrating a birthday and no one ever offered or suggested dessert. Guess a surcharge means no one cares about providing good service. Won't go back or recommend this place to anyone.
In this day, service was slow. The bar is always slammed. I think the servers try to get food and drink order if able, so people do t wait to order, which is great. The down side is that the food often comes way ahead of drinks.
The sandwich I had was mostly bread and coleslaw, with very little meat. Although the flavor was very good, it was not worth the cost.
Great experience with even better food.
