Restaurant opening hours: Thursday to Sunday 11:30am to 3:30pm
On the day we booked we were told we didn’t have a booking and we were on a waitlist despite my daughter booking 6 weeks before. On presentation of the booking confirmation email they found us a seat outside in the shade on a cold windy deck. We were not dressed to be sitting outside in the cold as we weren’t expecting it. Half the inside restaurant floor space was unused so there was no reason to put us outside. We ate our cold Pizza and left as quickly as we could. It wasn’t a pleasant experience and we won’t be back. We have been to Lot100 several times before with friends and enjoyed the experience so we were not expecting this and were disappointed
My girlfriend and I loved our lunch at Lot 100. Food was outstanding, service was lovely, atmosphere was beautiful and it was all very affordable given the quality received. Thanks guys!
As per our previous visit - this time with an interstate visitor, we were able to proudly show off one of our state’s newest and best places to eat. We had the feed me menu again and were not disappointed! The gnocchi was to die for ( simple yet perfect); raw kingfish was fresh and beautifully put together. The prosciutto , picked veg and bread were of the highest quality. I could go on and on. A great meal , thanks Cath and Michael
Our group of 5 really enjoyed Lot 100 and the ambiance and vibe of the place. It's a great business initiative and clearly appeals to many with its blend of different drinking and dining experiences available. However we found the noise within the restaurant, particularly when the music was up loud, a challenge for comfortable conversation. Food, staff and service were good, under challenging circumstances with volume of people. We'll be back!
my experience wasn’t good! Firstly on arrival we got told we could only stay at our table 2 hours. We never got told we had a time restriction when we booked or when you called to confirm our booking.
Your staff are rude & could tell they didn’t want to be there. I had my plate taken away as I was eating & hadn’t finished!
Food took ages to come out at least 45 mins, my plate was taken away 20 mins before we had to leave.
My pizza was so plan, more chilli on it then anything else & the pasta was so small!
Never coming back again!! Shittest experience at a restaurant ever!!!
The restaurant was at capacity when we took our UK visitors there on Easter Saturday and the food was wonderful, the service relaxed and ordered and the overall experience was brilliant! Have already sung your praises to many people. Keep up the great work of showcasing our beautiful Adelaide Hills of which I am a resident. I am proud to show you off to friends.

The food, service and general enviroment was amazing. Loved the open kitchen and the open fire!
Pasta dishes were superb.
The only slight negative was that we thought the background music was not always background and maybe a little loud especially for lunch service !

We had a booking for 2.30pm. We were seated promptly but then service went downhill. As guests we do not want to be told the kitchen is busy that’s why a long wait. Bar staff plying us with drinks and a request for some bread while we wait met with you’ll have to wait kitchen busy. Staff generally appeared disinterested and when one asked us whether we needed anything and we said yes please. The person walked away. ?? This place has the potential to be great but serious lessons in customer service required. Don’t take bookings if you can’t manage the numbers in the kitchen!!
Food service was incredibly slow and dishes that were ordered in multiples weren't brought out together. The overall experience was lovely however our food took a total of 4 hours to come out over the day after the initial order.
Food was great and delicious. Although advertised special was pork belly pizza with hardly any pork belly on the pizza. Just a few pieces. And services was bad as we had to wait for two hours before we got our mains
It was very busy and the service was really poor. We booked a table and on a cold windy day we were seated outside (with children). The table service outside was terrible. We got asked once for drinks for the entire meal, but would have tried the gin flight, beer tasting etc if we had been asked. We did request to be moved inside once a table became free, and that was better in terms of weather and enjoyment, but again the table service was terrible. They need to lift their game. Food was ok. Might be better in winter if the venue is less busy. We didn’t get to try the pizzas but they looked great.
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the service was outstanding. Very busy Sunday lunch but we didn’t lack for attention and the food was brought out quickly.
We were amazed to visit this relatively new establishment. Many People including families outside on rugs or garden tables. Inside we had set tables , wonderful service and terrific views. Atmosphere was fantastic with music starting up outside in afternoon. Very enjoyable day and staff were amazingly helpful and friendly.
I really wanted to enjoy this lunch as it was a special occasion and the setting was lovely, despite annoying flies. However the service detracted from the experience. Our meals didn't come out at the same time infact one meal cam out 35 minutes after the others, and we had to ask, and think it was forgotten. Drinks were also forgotten and we had to ask!! Then when we went to pay we had to line up with bar service, this was extremely frustrating! Review your processes and service and you will have a big hit.
The food is inconsistent, sometimes excellent but At weekends the standard slips and some of the dishes are poor, particularly the gnocchi.
First visit - clearly very popular! At 2pm on a Saturday the front lawns were overflowing with people. Polite and prompt greeting however service whilst friendly, was disorganized and spotty. We ordered the flank steak, potatoes, Brussels sprouts and the special “pork” pizza. Steak and sides come out promptly and we’re delicious, couldn’t fault. We were advised only during our food being delivered that there would be a wait for the pizza. This proceeded to take another 30+ minutes and we were well and truly done with our main meal by this time and didn’t really need the pizza.
Great staff and service. Food was a bit disappointing though, maybe because it was so busy. Also had no sparkling white wine at all on the menu?
Great atmosphere and service.
We had pizza, which was nice but toppings were very light on. We were surprised cost vs wgat you got on the pizzas and probably wouldn’t order again, unless they added more toppings.
Only thing that wasn’t 100% was that there were stacks of flies in the restaurant - as a staff member put it ‘it is a restaurant in the middle of a field’ with cows all around - however it wasn’t as relaxing as we might have hoped shooing flies from our food during the entire meal 😕 not sure of the solution though 🤷♀️ and we’ll still be back!
We arrived on time with a reservation for 130 to not be seated to our table till 150 - further to this it was an additional hour to be attended too, to place our order. When we were finally served the chips came out cold, it wasn’t until 335 until we received food. Service needs to improve, along with table numbers / staff training!
Great venue however it would be better with fans inside it's very stuffy .

We were there on beautiful Saturday for lunch and the food and service was excellent. We were seated outside and that was fine, we were enjoying our lunch and chatting with our two companions. Then a very large group, it seemed to be 30 people at my count, arrived and were seated next to us. They were a happy lot, perhaps they had been tasting wine or cider prior to lunch. They seemed to be able to communicate only by yelling at each other, sometimes from one of the long table to the other. Consequently the noise level became unbearable. We were unable to continue conversation across our small table. We had finished our main course, and were about to order dessert. We had not finished our drinks. We got up and left. I don't know that ww will ever return or recommend this place to others. I understand the attraction of having large groups there, but it is a disincentive for people like us who prefer an environment where conversation is possible.
A beautiful day for Friday lunch with plenty of diners. Our shared food - Goolwa pippis, Kingfish cru followed by wood grilled chicken - was excellent. Service was friendly and perfectly executed, thanks Tilly. My only other comment is the liaison with just one winemaker is, I feel, a bit restrictive.
Well worth a visit they have done a great job and the atmosphere and scenery are great. The range of beverages, beer wine and spirits is excellent and the service and staff were friendly and informative. The food menu was small or limited and while the pasta dishes were flavorsome they were a little on the small side if you were a big eater. This we thought was the only down side.
Very busy on our visit, staffing levels were a huge issue, wait at bar 20+ minutes. Great venue and overall experience but increasing venue numbers will add to this problem on busy days. Please don't let kids run riot inside.
Excellent food. Good atmosphere. Service for drinks to be brought out to the deck tables was very slow. Was disappointing that drink tasting paddles couldn’t be taken out onto the deck tables. There was plenty of room and our group would have ordered 4 had we been allowed too. Would definitely recommend and come again.
I wouldn't recommend lot 100 yet. Great venue with good food and beverages, however there are problems. Service is not good at all. Yes they are really busy but basics are not covered and there is no attention to detail. Plates not cleared, empty glasses stayed on the table for 20mins, staff unsure of menu and drinks. Had to wait 7 mins at the bar just
to pay the bill. Not sure if they want to be a pub, cellar door or restaurant. Certainly if they are charging roughly restaurant prices, then I would expect service to match.
tried the angnotti (new on the menu) amazing! tiramisu is still the best!

Had a great experience, although the soda water was flat even after we asked for a replacement.
Food was good quality although in my opinion slightly unseasoned (gnocchi) and no salt and pepper was provided at table.

Great venue, great atmosphere. Drink prices a little over the top and need more staff behind the bar - lots of people waiting to spend money but not many there to serve them. Food was good and wait staff excellent and very helpful.

Excellent service, great food, wine and cocktails
Great service, great food and a great venue! We sat in the balcony, and were provided with fresh blankets to keep us warm. Could do with a more expansive wine list, but otherwise everything was on point.
Recommend that staff explain the main menu options and serving sizes in more detail.
Identify that your a sustainable venue, however, upon asking for a takeaway option on the day given the portion size of the meal we were declined and told this wasn’t an option.
Results in food wastage and also feeling of $$ spent wasted.
