So it’s COVID and I understand restaurants have different policies. While the food servers wore gloves, it was a bit alarming that the waiters/waitresses and manager who would bring utensils and our drinks didn’t wear gloves or sanitize in between tables. My concern is that Mexican food (e.g., tortilla chips) have dishes which are finger foods. During Covid, I would not dine there again.
Went on Taco Tuesday for $5 tacos & $5 margaritas. Tacos were yummy, margaritas not so much.
During this Covid Pandemic we still go out to eat but only to outdoor seating. Lona is right across the street from the ocean so the breeze and people watching is very good.
2nd Sunday in a row for brunch!! You won't find a better bottomless brunch with phenomenal service!! I absolutely love Lona!!
Our waiter was amazing - super enthusiastic
Visited this restaurant several times while vacationing at the attached hotel, The Westin. Great spot for dinner and drinks. Outside seating is where it’s at, with a beautiful view of the beach. Service was great each time. Definitely recommend!
Food was alright. Not so flavorful. Service was nice. Our waiter was very attentive. Ambiance is also just okay. Wish there was at least some great music playing or something.
Nice setting on the ocean, food was very good, service was terrific. Would certainly return for another dinner.
Service was fast, friendly and professional...our server Bianca was so good and we enjoyed our experience so much on Sunday night we went back on Monday night! Claudia on night two was also great. Both nights the food was outstanding (I grew up in Mexico so can be a bit picky about my tacos), and the kitchen was fast. We’ll be back bob our next trip to FLL!
Nelson, our server was fantastic!! The food was great & we had an incredible experience. We will definitely be back!!
First time there. Social distance was approximate. Food was fresh & delicious. Staff was friendly & very accommodating. Will recommended!
There are a lot of tourist trap restaurants in Florida that mainly sell fried food and are overpriced and provide horrible service . However this was really good, and not too expensive. We were going to originally go to Hollywood Beach to grab a bite to eat but we knew the caliber of restaurants were a lot better on Fort Lauderdale Beach. After looking at some of the other restaurant options on Fort Lauderdale Beach we settled with Lana because of the ocean views and the price point. Also all of the drinks from the bar looked really pretty. The taco entrées look kind of small, but when you start eating them you could barely finish because they fill you up so quickly. They also give you free chips and salsa which you have to be careful with because they’re addictive. Haha. If you’re looking for a super quiet restaurant and you’re nervous that this place is too loud, you could always sit inside because it’s cooler and quieter than outside, which is great because it was so hot out, because Florida. also our service was fantastic. I feel like we could go back and get the same exact experience which is great so thank you guys so much for a great
