Behind the bar - a cocktail menu that nods to the classics while offering its own flavour of reinvention complimenting an Australian focused wine list.
With windows that throw open, breathing in the Brisbane climate, Lobby Bar is your destination for your morning single espresso or a night out with friends.
Lobby Bar will fast become your go to in James Street.
We went at 12:30pm on a Saturday and the meal we ordered had run out , then the dessert we ordered ran out. The substitutes were good but that was dissappointing
Great decor and vibes. Only thing for breakfast the coffee was really cold. Still enjoyable
Excellent, efficient service and lovely staff who do their absolute best to cater to each and every need of individual patrons.
Great ambience, food and drink but we waited over an hour for our table which we had booked. Staff are friendly and efficient
Love it, reminds me of A lobby bar in the Shangri La in Dubai.
Wait staff just seemed uninterested and inexperienced. One breathed smokers breath over us having just come back in from a smoke. Drink mixers were not chilled and choice of Gin out of stock
Shame because in a great spot and could be so much better
Seemed like having diners was an inconvenience to the staff.
A great place to catch up with a few girls over lunch.
We had a great experience at Last by Bar however we found the sun really beat in through the windows, so much so that we had to move. I’m sure you are already considering blinds, however this is a much needed addition.
Only 3 very basic items on breakfast menu (4 if you include toast with jam). Beautiful fit out and great service but menu let’s them down significantly. Good coffee.
Found the service and food very disappointing for such a lov lovely hotel! I went for lunch and two of the dishes we inedible! They need to simplify the menu and focus on quality!
Best food & service I have had in Queensland in 2018. 10/10, say no more! (Maybe larger servings for the desserts as they're so good!)
