• Laksa Curry

Spicy and tangy. The hotter of our two curries. We recommend this with a Wok Fried main ingredient

• Sweet and Sour

Our Classic tangy sweet and sour sauce. Wok fried with peppers and chunks of juicy pineapple. This will be served Hong Kong Style, with a Battered main ingredient unless you specifically request a wok fried main ingredient

• Black Bean

Rich dark sauce with a salty black bean kick, infused with ginger and garlic. Great with either Wok Fried or Battered main ingredients

• Black Pepper

Intensely dark and peppery sauce with a subtle heat. Great with either Wok Fried or Battered main ingredients

• Satay

An aromatic, rich, creamy and nutty sauce. We recommend this with a Wok Fried main ingredient

• Kung Po

Sweet, tangy and slightly spicy. We recommended this with a Battered main ingredient

• Smoky BBQ

Cantonese style BBQ sauce with an extra smoky taste. We recommended this with a Battered main ingredient

• Ginger & Spring Onion

An aromatic sauce infused with garlic, ginger and spring onion. We recommend this with a Wok Fried main ingredient

• Sichuan Sauce

Fragrant, tangy and slightly spicy sauce infused with garlic. We recommend this with a Wok Fried main ingredient

• Little Canton Special Sauce

Our special secret sauce. This sauce is rich, aromatic and slightly sweet. We recommend this with a Wok Fried main ingredient. We have a gluten free version of this sauce available on request

• Cantonese Style Oyster Sauce

A true favour of the Canton Region. This is our take on the rich and dark sauce that is prevalent in many Cantonese dishes. We recommend this with a Wok Fried main ingredient

• Mandarin Sauce

Savoury with a citrus and orange favour twist. We recommend this with a Wok Fried main ingredient

• Hunan Sauce

Not for the faint-hearted! This sauce is created for those who love spice. Infused with lots of chillies, pickled chillies and chilli oil. We recommend this with a Wok Fried main ingredient
