Amazing dining experience
Was there for my birthday the food was delicious and the special desert was awesome!! Thank you everyone for making my dinner amazing
Excellent customer service!!! Amazing food and sommelier was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had great time!
Placido, our server, made all the difference for our experience. The meal was great, including craft cocktails from the Rum Bar, and hand selected wines for each entree. We loved the way Placido treated our kids, and “my last”. Five Stars. Bravo.
Miami Spice menu is excellent.
Lightkeepers is a hidden gem. The setting is unassuming but comfortable. The service is impeccable, somm Jorge is a world class expert, stemware is tops, in short, a winner.
Now to food: their seafood selection is incredible- winners are the oysters, King crabs and scallops. Meet is top grade as well, and the lamb chops are delectable.
The Miami Spice Menu was fantastic. We sat outside and it was beautiful. The server was attentive and friendly. And the live music in the hotel lobby is always a plus!
Fantastic place to dine out
Drinks and meal were all excellent! Shrimp cocktail was one of the best we’ve ever had-water was attentive and very attentive-wonderful dining experience!
Everything was wonderful except our waitress was inattentive as the evening went on. She brought a drink to my wife - after we had to ask for another, that was literally half full. Then we had to flag her down to get our check after waiting way too long.
Might have thought we were in Disney world. Not a Ritz Carlton experience.
Excellent staff extremely outgoing and friendly. The food is excellent too - filet mignonette and fish, seafood tower and oysters. Great wine selection too! Third time we eat there and it gets better every time.
Food is always outstanding as well as service.
Only con is that I’ve noticed every time We eat there, there are annoying nats buzzing you repeatedly, every time. (Inside)
Danielo was our server and he was amazing. Went out of his way to make our anniversary special!!
Our server was one of the nicest we’ve ever had and the food was great.
Excellent and relaxing choice . the food was phenomenal. Service was great.
Food was amazing and our waiter was very professional and helpful. His recommendation for our menu selection was perfect. I wish I remembered his name.
The restaurant atmosphere is nice, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The food is tasty and fresh. The tables by the window have a nice view of the ocean..
My daughter and I had brunch on Saturday and from the start the Hostess was charming and kind. The servers were all friendly and did a wonderful job. The food was wonderfully and the seafood was very fresh. The presentation, taste and combination were perfect. Thank you for a great brunch.
Great food, service, and ambience. The prices are a bit steep, but the prices of the wine were outrageous.
The restaurant is very well done ( remodeled ), very attentive service, excellent menu but for its prime location in a fine hotel at fairly high prices it should not be as informal and noisy as a " family beach place" which unfortunately is the case. I think the previous establishment followed much more the style and expectation of an upscale eatery in an upscale hotel.
Great service, attentive and friendly waiter. We live on Key Biscayne and always enjoy our meals at this restaurant.
Beautiful setting outside. Food was excellent. Dinner special was all you could eat seafood platter $55 with oysters, ceviche, snow crab claws & shrimp. My husband got that and it was Outstanding! My scallops were delicious with the yukon gold potatoes. Our server Diago was wonderful as well. We will be back.
Service was second to one. Our waiter could not have been better. The Friday night all you can eat raw bar was delicious!!!
Overall experience was great ! Celebrated my daughter’s birthday and menu was printed w HBirthday greetings ! Great deals on Wednesday’s with the wines and champagnes. Had a fabulous time ! Food was very good! Seafood very fresh and nicely seasoned atmosphere is casual and relaxed. Our servers were good, but none were exactly alert
Wonderful setting outside while inside feels like a typical hotel dining space. The food was ok, but compared to the price it was a let down. The service we received outside on the patio was tremendous and the half price wine night is a great value. I expected a little more from the Ritz and the menu was limited to the point that the fresh catch of the day was Steak.
Our Waiter was top notch. Friendly and accommodating
Seafood menu narrow appeal for those who do not love seafood but want to have seafood when visiting Miami
Our celebration was never acknowledged.
We will not be going back unfortunately.
Everything we expected and more. Carolyn was delightful, professional and a wealth of knowledge.
This price expectations for the value was a bit to high.
We loved everything: the ambiance, music, delicious food and especially service
Best experience in Miami
We’ll be definitely back
This was our 2nd visit to Lightkeepers because we were so impressed the 1st time.
We were promptly seated and greeted by our waitress. She took drink orders and came right back with the cocktails, but two of the three of us had ordered a kir and received kir royales. No biggie.
She took our order (and the wine list!). Appetizers arrived via busboys, very quickly and we asked for the wine list back
Next thing we knew, our dinners were being served before the appetizers were cleared! The busboys could not take our wine order and one of them had to go find the waitress. We tried not to eat too much as we waited for our wine, but one of our party had ordered a medium rare filet which was done medium. At the price we she was paying, that was not acceptable. We summoned the waitress, who seemed to be the only real waitstaff in the restaurant, and she had the chef prepare another steak, which was cooked perfectly.
The rest of our time there was pleasant and the waitress brought out a beautiful dessert board, as it was a birthday celebration
All in all, our waitress was good, but the support staff threw off the timing for the whole evening
Celebrated my friend’s birthday. Sat outside. Lovely. Waiter was very attentive. Brought us a complimentary dessert. So nice. Will be back soon enough.
We had a reservation but had to wait because they were overbooked. They did try to find seating at the bar for us but it was too crowded. They finally opened a side room so at least we got a table. I would think the Ritz Carlton restaurant would have a better handle on how to book reservations when you have many people staying there as part of their cruise package. The key lime pie dessert was outstanding enough for 4 to share.
For appetizers we had the tuna tartare, which was wonderful, and the beets and burrata which was good, though a little heavy on the burrata. We both had the Cobia fish for the main course and it was good though we wished it had more of a sauce to accompany it. We decided to share a side. Caution: the side portions are enormous. We tried the charred cauliflower and could only finish half of it.
Service was top notch.
Food was horrendous
