Lamb was about chewy but the ambiance and service was good.
Given the tier 2 restrictions in London, the outdoor heated terrace is a fabulous option. The decor is brilliant.
The food however, didn’t match up to expectations. Tomato ketchup and brown sauce were served as dips. Starters were okay though a little bland. The salad was fresh and tasty. We ordered the platters & the meat platter only had 1x lamb chop (when there was 2 of everything else) and the veggie main didn’t seem enough for 2 people.
I felt it definetly wasn’t value for money given for 4 people, the cost was over £250.
The staff were attentive, friendly and helpful.
We regret not locating the manager and flagging our concerns.
We sat in the outside terrace in December due to Covid. The venue is really nice and plenty of heaters to keep you warm. The service was good, we had 6 tapas dishes, some of them were nice, some ok, and some not nice. Had the mixed grill for the main and it was ok but nothing special. The food was most definitely overpriced.
Had a lovely meal, food delicious, staff very attentive will definitely return
Beautiful place
The hummus with chicken was excellent and so was the nanza, fattoush- nice but I have had better.
All in all lovely food, thought mint tea was a bit expensive for what it was and went cold too quickly in the traditional pot
Really great menu and loved having both middle eastern and Indian tastes. Staff were very attentive, one was clearly new but was still professional and polite and the other waitress very knowledgeable. They also make a mean pornstar martini!
Would highly recommend and will definitely go back.
It took a long time to be seated, the tables are very small (Too small to fit mezze and wine so they had to store our wine at the till- then it nearly got taken away by another staff member) and close together. Had to ask repeatedly for a drinks list and the main course didn’t arrive after an hour. We were given dessert menus after our starter and had to tell the staff that we were still waiting for main. Ended up paying for what we had and leaving without main course.
Had a lovely time and were given a complimentary glass of prosecco for Husbands birthday, service was excellent. Would recommend.
This place is just amazing! We return regularly and it never fails to be a lovely evening! The staff are outstanding here with the service, so warm and welcoming, lovely interior and love the outside terrace. The food is just outstanding! So tasty and fresh. Can not recommend enough.
Nice restaurant with interesting libanese and Indian menu (?)
Possibly a bit too crowded for this pandemic time and definitely far too noisy.
It's a good to try it out once! Nice place to look at and be in but the food wasn't too great
An amazing evening from the start to the end. Will definitely come back
Quite expensive, but food was very nice, staff were friendly and helpful. Would go again.
Shisha was good as always
And the Indian addition to the menu was very very nice
See you soon again liban
Absolutely gorgeous food and great, attentive service.
The MD went out of his way to make it a memorable experience. We’ll definitely be back:-)
The service and food was terrible. It took over 2 hours for the staff to tell us one of our starters had ran out then the mains were overpriced and had no condiments. They added service charge and tried to charge us for a starters that we never got. Will not be returning!!
Empty restaurant...basic menu available...drinks took 25 minutes to arrive and then the waitress dropped the tray! Starters were good not great. The mains were tasteless.
Not impressed.
Not bad food was ok, but nothing special, I would not go again, because it was not worth the money.
Worst tasting food ever at a restaurant. Rice was undercooked and hard. Mixed grill was dry as hell and seemed old. Something that comes off the grill should not be that dry considering all the fat and oil the meat should be releasing. Paid £70 for 1 starter, 2 mains and 2 drinks. I’ve paid less in more exclusive restaurants with better tasting foods. Will never go back.
The restaurant food offered were excellent when they first started however the food price has increased and the quality has dropped.
For instance , the basic homous mezze is lacking tahini and it is not smooth as it should . The lamb shanks were obviously reheated and the chicken tauk was very salted . Not to mention that the salad was not dressed and to be honest was really very small portion.
The service was quick however the staff is not wearing masks which could be helpful and nice to minimise Covid 19 risk .
Very average food, very overpriced. Not worth the money.
Fantastic food and service, will definitely be going there again.
The food was expensive in comparison to other places and service was not the best. The waiters seemed to forget we were there, they even forgot that we only had starters; when they finally came to serve us they gave us the dessert menu 🤦🏽♀️
The restaurant is a gem of a find... Outdoor space is really lovely and the food was really good!
Amazing food, lovely staff!!! And manager! Thank youuu
First meal out since lockdown and the restaurant made it very easy. Discreet with safety measures and v attentively. Food was tasty. Will definitely go back.
Great food and ambiance however the service was slow. Especially as we were only 1 of two tables. Waited for an hour to receive food
Have been meaning to visit for a while. Nice ambience. Menu is good and now also have Indian options. Enjoyed some avocado hummous and borek which was good - especially the hummous. Main of mixed grill - nice flavours. Wine choices fair.
Good for Lebanese food but now also has an Indian menu.
We mixed and matched.
Old favourites like Soujok still please.
Would maybe go back again for just Indian option.
The rest of the family was out for the evening, so my wife & I decided to pop in and try Liban Tapas.
We received a vey friendly welcome and were shown immediately to our table and offered water. Within 5 minutes of starting to look at the menu we were asked what drinks we wanted and were served complimentary bread, dips & olives.
Not being familiar with Lebanese food, we opted for the Set Meal 2 for 2 people. At £52.00 between us, this turned out to be very good value. Despite us trying our hardest, there was still too much to eat and we ended up taking a 'doggie bag' home with us.
Notwithstanding the quantity, the quality of the food was outstanding and the flavours magnificent. Throughout the meal, the waiting staff were attentive without being overbearing and very very pleasant.
We asked for the automatic service charge to be taken off the bill so that we could tip our waitress directly. The staff apparently do not get to see the gratuities.
A very pleasant meal in delightful surroundings with lovely staff. We shall definitely be going back.
I love this place the food is amazing so fresh and tasty , the decor looks great you can also seat out side in a lovely terrace area with heaters,
Loved it, will be back soon!
The service and ambience was excellent. The food was ok. Fresh and tasty. Not excellent
Very friendly staff who clearly value their guests. Great food and brilliant value.
Lovely restaurant, great service by the staff however , food let it down and the price of it . If the food was better then I wouldn't have minded about the
Price considering other restaurants out there and what they offer for money
Good and lovely restaurant, food was delicious. Thanks for everything, made my girl friend birthday perfect :)
First time visit on new years eve. Had a few problems but staff were very attentive and quick to resolve. Food was lovely and good size portions. Would go back again.
My first time visiting what will now be my new favourite local restaurant. Service and welcome is impeccable. How lovely that the manager greeted all of his customers personally and took time to ask about our experience. We will definitely be back soon and try some other dishes. The Lebanese red wine was excellent and my friend loved the mocktail she had.
Good food and a beautiful atmosphere!
