Les Saisons - Imperial Hotel Tokyo
The French Chef is exceptional
Thierry Voisin : The Imperial hotel is really very lucky to have such a five star chef
The team is also great
My guest and I both had the Saison des Saisons tasting menus. The food was well prepared, fresh, and for the most part delicious; and that is also what I would expect of any restaurant who features a high-priced tasting menu. Our evening was perfectly fine and the wine pairings were average. The meal itself, however, was not entirely memorable and that is not what we want to experience at that price point. In conclusion, a perfectly fine evening, but if you are going to drop a lot of money on a memorable night, I would certainly choose elsewhere.
My friend and I had a pleasant and enjoyable lunch at Les Saisons with amazing food, excellent service and thoughtful birthday celebration for my friend. We will definitely come back for our next vacation.
Classical Authentic French with little bit of Japanese touch!
Maybe one of the best French restaurant in Japan. You can choose menu at restaurant. The French chef uses Japanese ingredients for traditional French. Sommelier, stuff, ambience, and everything is fine.
All was perfect. The service was high-class and pay attantion at all. M. Voisin’s cook was perfect.
