Les Menus Plaisirs has an interesting story to tell, as the owner fell in love with the building in Laval, Quebec as a child and never gave up the fantasy of owning it. Today it is much expanded with an inviting wrap-around veranda and an exceptional wine cellar with over 4,000 bottles and an adjoining tasting room for private functions. Two additional floors at Les Menus Plaisirs provide lounges, private lounges and conference rooms.
Elegance is everywhere, including on the menu with such options as salmon pave, maple duck supreme in brie sauce, rack of lamb with St. François goat cheese and ostrich thing fan with creamy raspberry and mustard sauce. The chef's surprise for two is ideal for romantic evenings at Les Menus Plaisirs.
