Nice venue & comfortable. Fairly good service though meals were slow to come out for unknown reasons. Not every table was full, and the kitchen staff were very busy, so unsure what the hold-up was. The staff were apologetic for the delays. The meals were first rate however and very enjoyable. Recommended for staff hospitality and food quality - just have plenty of time to spare!

Who ever decided to only roster 3 wait staff was not thinking clearly or has no idea about hospitality. A brand such as the Hilton demands customer service. The bar woman and male and female waiters were doing there best but were destined to fail because there were so many customers. We werent even offered drink refills. Customers from evey table were complaining and waving staff over. This is not a reflection on the staff, they were doing their best. Roster more staff in the future! Especially on Mothers Day

My second night here in four days and not even staying at the hotel. A quiet little gem with excellent food, service and ambience. Will definitely be back on the next visit.

Our Overall experience was excellent. Mhay who was serving us exceptionally wonderful, she did everything to make us feel comfortable and happy. All other staff were really nice and helpful and accommodating. Because of them everything was excellent. I would suggest that if they can add more food options to the menu it would be great. I found that they had very limited options. Other than that everything was perfect

We did the Chef's Dego - food was great, however the ambience is a little off being apart of a hotel. You can tell the restaurant is a part of a hotel. If you could separate the two I think it would increase the customer satisfaction.
