FABULOUS!! We went on Friday night then again for Sunday lunch as it was just THAT good. Great vibe, friendly and attentive staff, varied menu with lots of share options. Food was AMAZING!! We started with cocktails, my passionfruit one came adorned with flowers and was one of the best cocktails I have ever had. At dinner we shared several plates between the 3 of us - starting with the Sashimi plate with 3 types of fish - all extra fresh and beautifully presented. The chicken wings with a spicy, crunchy sticky coating are a must, as was the tea smoked duck breast which we had with a crazy good fried rice. The pot sticker dumplings were delicious too, and we shared a melt-in-your-mouth pork dish with kimchi that you wrap in your own parcels of pancakes or lettuce leaves with hoi sin or plum sauce. The waiter suggested we try the Mandarin and Orange Soju (375ml served in little sipper cups) for with the meal - a great choice. For lunch on Sunday we had the Korean soup with pork belly and hand crafted noodles - it was a freezing cold day and the soup was hot, spicy and delicious - at $18 each it was amazing value. We will definitely be back when next we visit Canberra!

Great food, ice cold beer, simple yet unique decor. Great place to catch up with friends, very relaxing and different without being pretentious. Recommend the degustation menu.

Don't want to criticise as I had mistakenly booked a day ahead online and we turned up on the wrong night and staff were very accommodating in finding us a table even though it was my mistake. However one meal did not arrive. We had to finally reorder it but when it then arrived it was burnt and inedible and we asked for it to be removed from the bill (which it was but no real apology given). Also 2 of us ordered the same meal, but one arrived with mushrooms and the other one was missing mushrooms. Again we asked and a plate of mushrooms was delivered to the table. The cocktail was very nice but the glass rim was chipped. So overall the experience the disappointing and I won't return. Perhaps they were just having a bad night as others really like this restaurant. I don't normally fill in these reviews however it's in the restaurants interests to know these details so that whatever problems can be addressed. However the food that we did order without complications was very nice. thanks

My friends and I had dinner on Friday night and as most of us had never been before we tried the banquet to get a taste of everything. The food was delicious, although I think the cheesesteak spring rolls are an acquired taste! I loved the chicken wings and dumplings though! The place itself is very funky with cool music (if a tiny bit loud to hold lots of conversations between a group of friends catching up). We were seated in a cosy booth right at the back. Although I think the breaker panel should have been better placed, as we had to get up 3 or 4 times to let the staff get to it. The service was excellent and the food came out quickly and were never waiting long for more beautiful Melon Sake! I would also recommend the Seoul Sister cocktail which was delicious. I think we must of had the last reservation of the night, as we weren’t booted out after 2 hours, like most restaurants in the city try to do! I would definitely come back with my husband.

Great fusion food and a good atmosphere. Like all Canberra restaurants, can be a little pricey. All dishes were great - Pork, Bibimbab, Kimchi rice, green tea ice cream cakes. Food presentation is excellent. Only letdown was the Mum's Chicken - the dish misses the mark when compared to other things on the menu. Would be great to see some Korean fried chicken as a main - people would hoover it.

The food is absolutely lovely. We enjoyed it so much we got takeaway for dinner. Only problem was we were so full from lunch we could eat dinner. We had the takeaway the next night and it was just as good. We have eaten there a few times and got different things. Everything we've had has been very memorable. I would eat there at least once a week if it wasn't 22kms away from home. It is the best food I've had in a long time and the best takeaway ever.

My sister and I went here for dinner and we were really pleased at the range of vegan and veganisable options Lazy Su had on the menu. Service at Lazy Su can be a bit hit and miss but on this occasion it was a hit - our waiter and the sommelier very helpful and knowledgeable, friendly, and the food came out really quick. The cocktails here are fantastic and all vegan - the Seoul Sister has to be my favourite cocktail in Canberra. My only complaint is that the music and general ambiance can be overwhelmingly loud - lots of hard surfaces and ironic 90s/early 200s R&B blasted over the speakers can make for a difficult conversational environment.

Overall, I will definitely come back again!

The overal experience was ok, the service was quite poor. A few food items we ordered didn’t come out. The waitress only came over to take our initial order, then never came back to check on us. The best thing about the experience that night were the cocktails.

We arrived at 12.30, and my friend had an appointment up the road at 2.30. Plenty of time, we thought. Orders were taken, dumplings arrived. Then a long wait for the main courses. Fine, we were chatting and hardly noticed. But what we did notice was the dishes sitting there uncleared over 15 minutes after we had finished. We wanted to order cocktails. Eventually I went up to the bar to do it. Our waitress was mucking around with a friend. Kissing him for goodness sake. By the time the cocktails finally arrived, it was time for my friend to leave. The place wasn't even full, guys - you can do much better than this poor performance 😖

Great food! While noisy the vibe is friendly. The service is awesome...always available and checking in. We changed our minds half-way through the meal about a coming dish and they were happy to accommodate the change. Food is quick and wait staff happy to chat and recommend their (and others) favourites. Definitely a "come back to" place.

Great flavours and options. My partner and I have widely different likes and the menu catered for both our preferences.
Service was great when we arrived but that wasn't consistent for our whole time there.
It's a bit expensive for the smaller menu options but the taste makes up for that after the first bite.
We will be back no doubt.

The banquet menu used to be a lot better, now they don’t give you desert with it, which a bit of a downer for a sweet tooth like me . They get too busy that they forget to serve you water and the drinks on a timely manner. I was not impress with some of the waitress as they look tired , bored and inattentive.

Vert salty.
Cozy. Some ppl might find it too cozy.
The glasses used for water are small and the water jugs have no handles.
I ordered the tea smoked duck and it was small serving and super salty.
Chicken wings were small also.
It's like you need to order 2 of everything!!

The food was amazing and the tasting menu is good value. We all left there quite full. one criticism that i have is that the food was served way too fast. We had made a booking for 5.45 to be out of there before it got very busy and we knew that our table was a 2 hour window which is fine but the food was served that quick we were out of there in 50 mins. We felt very rushed and it spoilt the occasion. i would not recommend this place for a special occasion.

Food are flavoursome, but they were very salty. Every time we asked for waiter, the waitress just look at us and turn her head away or running away, without knowledge us she is coming back. Most dishes are well priced but $6 per spring roll is little much, especially when they taste like a cheeseburger.
