It is incredible, request a window seat if you can. We did not have this but it would have been amazing if we did.

We have wanted to come to Laura for some time and chose our wedding anniversary as a good reason to try it.
The service was fantastic, very professional, knowledgeable staff that are a credit to management. The food however was somewhat disappointing. The food was undeniably pretty but lacked flavour. One of the canapés was a duck parfait tart and there was so little parfait on the pastry all we could taste was the pastry. I wish they would rethink some of their plate choices as it was really difficult to eat the snapper main course in its donut shaped plate. We didn’t mind the tiny portion it was just so hard to get to it.
The room is lovely and the view spectacular but I don’t think we would make another trip to give it a second chance.
Visited Laura over the Labour day long weekend. We had a lovely experience over three hours with lovely wines, warm service and a great ambience with our friends. Overall we found the tasting menu to be quite disappointing. A couple of dishes were impressive but the fish was a disaster, over cooked and tasteless. I probably would return to the main a la carte restaurant but not Laura.
Have been here a few times now and it never disappoints. Great food service and ambiance. Will definitely return.
The staff at Laura were excellent and the food was amazing.
My husband and I dined at Laura for 3 hrs and we loved every second. From the setting to the service the food to the wines the whole experience was incredible!
We highly recommend stopping by if Laura is in your travels you won’t regret it. We were early and were given the option to browse the sculpture park while we wait or alternatively be seated straight away.
Each course was better than the last and they were ALL amazing so that’s saying a lot!
Ever wine pairing was simply divine and we left with full belly’s and a huge smile on our faces.
We will definitely be back again!

great lunch, but at a very high price, so i recommend it for very special occasions unless money is not concern.
Definitely a foodies restaurant! Some outstanding dishes (Potatoes!!!) and only really one dish that didn't hit the mark for me but my husbands Duck main gave me order envy. I don't usually like dessert but the custard fondant was technically brilliant beautifully executed dish. Service was amazing, that perfect blend of professional but still friendly and James the Sommelier really knew his stuff. Great night in an amazing setting and make sure you leave enough time to check out the sculpture park!

A fantastic restaurant set in a wonderful surrounding. Excellent 5 course degustation menu. Everything was local and fresh and dishes were well explained by the staff.

Food was great but not stunning. Other friends have eaten here too and agree. For the price there is better.
Not saying it was bad it was extremely good but compared to other eateries three to four star.
Table explanations were a bit tedious and toward the end of our meal we were joking at the overly explanatory presentations. Cut them down, a lot!
The duck was not overwhelming whilst the balance of the courses were beaut but it is too expensive
It was a very enjoyable experience. We did have some dietary constraints which we failed to advise before hand. However the staff were fantastic nothing was a problem and a number of the courses were adjusted to meet our needs. Will be going back soon.
Amazing dining experience. After wandering through the Sculpture Park to then sit down and continue to admire the view on a perfect sunny day & enjoy great food & wine was a highlight of our recent road trip through the Mornington Peninsular & Yarra Valley.
Phil Woods continues to inspire with his skills, flavour combinations and use of local produce.
I agree when he says he would never have put fresh peas in their pod on the menu at Rockpool, but with produce this fresh it seems right to see them sitting on the appetiser plate!
Definitely worth the drive and visit, excellent.
What a fantastic restaurant and experience. Highly recommend Laura to everyone. Amazing food, professional and engaging staff, great wine list and unbelievable non-alcoholic drinks that will surprise and delight.
Of course the outlook is superb, and you can walk off some of the delicious food meandering around the sculpture park.

We had a delicious meal with wonderful service and a good wine list. We thoroughly enjoyed our night here.
There was no one at main reception to direct us to Laura but apart from that the food and service was delightful. Looking forward to a return visit.
Lovely setting on either stormy or sunny days. Food is good but to much attention to creating something different without combining the idea into a satisfying dish. We did the wine pairing but this really struggled, they neither complemented or contrasted just left you wondering why. Would have been nice to be informed as to why a particular wine or drink was matched to a dish. Service was good, friendly and fairly knowledgeable. I did, out of curiosity as we live on the Peninsula, ask where the Westernport beef and Tuerong wheat came from, they had to go and ask others to get part answers.
Arrived with expectation that Laura would equal our experience there previously , it was a very good meal allround but did not how the wow factor we were hoping for
Having said that we will return as it is a great place to spend an afternoon

The food was lovely, but there was hardly any protein and I didn't feel like we got value for our money. The 'Main' Course only had 90g of duck. It was incredibly small
The degustation was spaced over 3.5 hours and it really didn't need to be drawn out that long.
I don't think I'll go back. I think the Pt Leo Estate Restaurant is much better value and dished than Laura; the degustation fine dining restaurant at Pt Leo
The ambience and service at Laura is fantastic, however, the food is not quite at the same level. We we're a bit disappointed that we didn't just simply book at the Pt. Leo Restaurant (the food looked just as beautiful, but with more heart and soul put into them).
Whilst we had a rally nice time, we felt that the food was subpar and didn't blow us away especially for the price we were paying. Don't get me wrong, the dishes were okay, but it felt like the chef was more focused on making it look pretty rather than tasting great.
Lunch at Laura. Remarkable food, discrete and most attentive staff. Spectacular setting. We wine matched with the food. It was sublime.
What can I say, just a delightful
dining experience. You would be right to expect something exceptional given the price and reputation and Laura and their staff delivered on our visit. A comfortable, relaxed and modern ambience, coupled with attentive, friendly service that doesn’t feel too intrusive. The food deserves your full attention and the wine and drinks list is so extensive that wine is not your only good choice for drinking. My guests all loved it!
Definitely a lovely restaurant for a special occasion. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable, and very welcoming. Allergies were taken care of. The food is interesting and delicious.
Beautiful location and skilful menu design and service. We chose the degustation menu. On the pricey side for what is included but it was excellent nonetheless.
From the time you are ushered to the private dining area that is Laura you can only be impressed by the professionalism of all the staff. The food is served at the perfect interval and the staff know there food, a wonderful experience.
