Pasta was nice but the portions were very small. I really had to search for the prawns in my pasta dish
Second visit to this fantastic restaurant. Starters brilliant. Mains amazing. Dessert delicious. The quality of pasta here over your standard chain restaurants is unbelievable. If you're hesitating to visit - don't. The food speaks for itself.
We developed a lovely connection with the owner who showed real passion for his food. The ambience in the restaurant encourage us to stay longer than planned.
I had the bresaola and my husband the tuna carpaccio for starters. Both were fresh and tasty. For main I had the salted cod pasta and my husband had the beef. The pasta is freshly made which means it’s slightly heavier and tougher. However we found the taste improved as we ploughed through the bowl. The portions were not huge but more than enough. We were given the Sicilian cheese cake as a complementary dish and this was definitely the highlight of the meal. It’s not a cheap meal as the starters and mains cost the same but we enjoyed our meal and will def return to try other dishes that appealed to us. Thank you to Evan the owner. Really different and enjoyable but could have more vegan vegetarian choices on menu
We had a very good first time meal at this restaurant, luckily we booked as it was packed from 20.15 on Saturday. But the food was excellent and the service was also very good considering they were so busy. It is nery noisy but that added to the atmosphere and was certainly not a problem. We will be returning.
Lovely Italian restaurant where they really care about their customers. The food is such a breath of fresh air from the usual Italian chains that dominate the high streets. Would not hesitate to go back.
There was a problem with my open table book yet we were still accommodated . Vincenzo is a wonderful host and his enthusiasm is infectious. The food was amazing
