   This is a restaurant with a beautiful view. But as long as the windows are cleaned, it's perfect.

   Restaurant was way too loud. Seafood wasnt fresh. The food wasnt being refilled in a timely manner. I had a reservation for a party of three, when we arrived at our table there was place settings for three however, there were only two chairs. We had to stand around and wait while they looked for another chair. Staff was rude when clearing tables. They were just removing plates without asking if the diners were finished. Several times we had to tell them not to remove our plates/tableware because we weren't finished yet. We had a party of 3 on a seafood night but we were only given one claw/shell cracker for the entire table. The table behind us was completely cleared and the table settings taken away while the diners at that table had just gotten up to get more food. While paying at the register I was wondering why the bill was so high and realized that the cashier was trying to charge me for a party of 4 instead of the party of 3 that I had. Luckily I caught it and hopefully the void the cashier said she did actually goes through. Seine used to be good in early 2024 but its obvious that the quality has diminished over the past year. I will no longer recommend this place to anyone.

   Terrible service, not bad food, market-like atmosphere, definitely not a high end hotel restaurant atmosphere.

    The food was fresh and diverse, and the staff were very friendly. The traditional performances added to the experience, making it enjoyable for everyone. I look forward to visiting again next time.
