Fabulous food, super friendly service and a nice ambiance. I grew up in Southern California so I really miss authentic Mexican food but this restaurant ticked all the boxes. It will be a regular on all future trips to the Mornington Peninsula 🌮

The food was ok but I felt for what we paid we didn't get our moneys worth. The serves were really small, prices were like going to a top hat restaurant without the higher level of service. There was quite a few things we couldn't order due to it not being available even though it was on the menu, which restricted our choices.

Great food shared with friends. Shame they don't do the frozen Margaritas anymore.

The food was delicious, and it was so lovely to sit outside in the afternoon sunshine (Whilst shaded undercover). I highly recommend La Onda!

It's frustrating to be asked to provide a credit card for a required booking, in effect being asked to promise to come or else pay a fee, while the restaurant isn't required to keep any promises, such as providing the menu they have on their website, or only accepting bookings that their service staff can accommodate. We had a bad experience.

The food is always consistent, so are the Margaritas. Staff were amazingly friendly.

Great food, great service very hard to come by sometimes on the Mornington peninsula especially this time of year. Keep it up!!

Amazing Mexican food in Mornington . Had heaps of Tequila and Tacos .. we kept eating until our stomachs could take no more :)

Celebrated my daughter's 7th Birthday there, great atmosphere and really made her night special by decorating the churros and singing happy birthday to her, my son had a ball too wearing a sombrero as they were singing. Food was great, drinks were cold and service was awesome. Not too spicy for the little ones as well.

An excellent place to enjoy delicious food in a friendly, relaxed setting.

La Onda is authentic, fun and well-priced for this and the outstanding service! The music is upbeat providing a great atmosphere, the cocktails are yummy, but the food is the best!

The services was great, I was a bit disappointed that the flavours in the food weren't stronger. Loved the fish tacos and the salad with calamari and Yukka, it was interesting to try something I had never eaten before and the ceviche was good. Had a pork and pineapple taco but the pork was a bit dry so didn't enjoy it that much. I would recommend to try something different - that Margarita was one of the best I had.
