About this restaurant

Taking inspiration from all regions of Mexico as well as our neighbors here in
Las Vegas, La Monja strives to bring you a modern version of your favorite
classics. Using fresh, often locally sourced products, even grinding the corn in-house for fresh tortillas, our goal is to bring you Mexican food like you've never had before. La Monja will also boast one of the largest, carefully thought out agave spirit list in downtown Las Vegas, as well as specially crafted
cocktails, Micheladas and of course Margaritas.
Being the best Mexican restaurant in Las Vegas. From our local ingredients, to our enthusiastic staff and our comfortable
environment. We will not only bring the best version of Mexican cuisine but will always
look for ways to improve and move forward with our food. From all different regions of
Mexico to the city of Las Vegas, this is La Monja. We are not authentic Mexican, we are not traditional, we are our own version of Mexican cuisine.
