🔥NEW-Simple menu, big win. @starroverhtx has officially taken over the former Superica location in the Heights; this new steakhouse comes from the same powerhouse team behind @stateofgracetx, @laluchatx, and @littlereyalcarbon—so expectations were high… and they totally delivered. The menu is intentionally tight: choose your protein and it arrives with a salad, fries, onion rings, and warm rolls. You can also order your protein à la carte, and they still offer apps and dessert if you want to go all in. Everything we had was genuinely delicious—my filet was cooked perfectly, and the half‑chicken had that crackly, crispy skin you dream about. Espresso martini lovers, prepare yourselves: the Fro’spro Tini (a frozen espresso martini!) is an instant favorite. Already counting down the days until I can try their brunch. _______________ #food #steakhouse #steak #houston #htx
