   Celebrating a Friendship Anniversary brunch with three friends who have been besties for nearly 70 years with a Christmas gift card from my Son. Everything was centered around making us feel special from the valet parking to the servers. I was really impressed that our main server Jeremy had read the reservation notes and knew about the occasion. Food was very generous in portion and very tummy. We were not rushed and after breakfast spent time walking the beautiful grounds. A lovely summer Sunday morning and a day of memories.

   My moms 80th birthday. We did appetizers and soup and deserts , all of them, a fun drink each. The food was very good the grounds are spectacular . So we got some great pictures of my mom and that was the most important. It is expensive everywhere so pay the same amount for average food or treat yourself and enjoy the extra ambiance.

   Service started out good but then felt forgotten; food display was not good; meat potatoes and carrots were just thrown on our plate (our meal was $125 for two) and no greens or anything and it was literally just tossed on our plate (presentation was terrible). Asked for salt and pepper for vegetables (carrots were burnt and cold when arrived) and we were finished with vegetables by the time they delivered the salt and pepper. Our server kept splashing the wine all over the table cloth when pouring. We were celebrating a birthday and they did nothing extra for boyfriend's birthday. Very disappointing for a $215 bill. It was our first time visiting this restaurant and expected much more.

   Great experience as always. Took our daughter for her birthday. They don’t have a kids menu per se, but the server offered a lot of options for her that weren’t on the menu.

    Food was beyond excellent! Staff so so, lots of young kids and some not very polite. Waitress was young and new, didn’t really know the menu very well etc but overall it was a great experience and we will go back. I suggest getting older and it more polite staff. Some very polite some not at all. Thanks!

    So generally speaking the majority of the food was awesome! The problems started with the hamburger. My son who is 10 is very picky so we ordered plain wagyu burger, just meat and bun. It came out the opposite with no bun and everything on it. This was remedied immediately, and they left it at the table while making a new one which did come out correctly very quickly. The odd part with the dish that was wrong was the crazy salt content. It was so salty it was completely inedible. We did not add salt to it, and technically it was a secondary dish so we didn’t say anything, but we all figured you guys would like to know. Otherwise it was an amazing brunch, thank you so much! ( our waiter was fabulous as well, really sweet and efficient. ) Thank you!

    Ambiance was peaceful and beautiful. Food was exceptional. I had the wild mushroom omelette with carmelized onions and smooth cheese. Included was a spicy bison sausage I selected from a list of meats. The bison sausage was exceptional. Complimentary croissants were fantastic. Great experience overall.

    We wait all year for the patio at La Caille to open for Brunch, it is one of our favorite summer activities. The space is beautiful, the service is awesome and we love the food!

    First time coming here, and it didn't disappoint. A fantastic setting in its own grounds, with pheasants and ducks walking the grounds. The restaurant architecture is very interesting - almost like it doesn't know whether to be an aging French chateau in Tuscany or an Italian grand house in the French countryside. The staff were excellent - from the valet parking, through the reception to the serving staff. The food was amazing - and to say that about a simple Sunday Brunch is rare. A walk around the grounds after you eat is a must, and don't miss a chance to look through their banquet hall. Definitely will be going back to experience dinner and also their wine - don't miss trying their Rose - a fantastic, home grown grape.

    Checked in and was able to walk the grounds - as amazing as I remember. Saw the peacocks and the large yard rooster. First Sunday Brunch and was not disappointed. Beau and the team provided amazing service. Some of the best B&G ever, with bison sausage and bacon. Wife enjoyed the mushroom omelette. And of course paired with mimosas. A must when visiting the Salt Lake area.

    Beautiful venue with valet. Courses timed/spaced out perfectly. Not thrilled with the cocktails (2) but the wine selection was perfect (2). Entrées were excellent and appetizers were fun. Dessert was so so, on one the alcohol from the flambé didn’t fully evaporate so it soaked the dish and spoiled it. The other dessert was delicious. Service was excellent, she was very helpful with the French on the menus. Ambiance was nice and quiet. We made the reservation for one of the globes outside but were told upon arrival they’re closed during this season, my wife was bummed. Despite that the place was quaint and comfortable, with peacocks wandering outside in the courtyard by the pond. We had a nice conversation with friendly locals who also recommended a few other places. We will definitely be back.

    I surprised my husband with Julie Child’s “Mastering the art of French cooking” and a dinner date to La Callie for his 30th birthday. He loves cooking and our dinner at La Callie was masterful and elegant. The timing between courses couldn’t have been more perfect and everything was delicious. The experience was more than we hoped for! 10/10 would recommend.

    The food was ordinary, plain, and unremarkable. The location and the grounds are very nice. The reception was not welcoming. At our arrival, we were told by the reception desk: "you are early", even though we were on time for our reservation. We were also told to wait 20 - 25 minutes to have a table. We were seated next to a family with young children and a crying baby.

    We were looking forward to signature food and would up with a buffet with food that was not identified, not replenished regularly, and was nowhere near the quality for that price. Very disappointed.
