Their oyster is a must try. We first ordered only 2 but then we have to order 6 more as it is delish. Duck confit and slow cook ribs are the star, you should try them for your large dish. The service team are just way out of my expectation. If I could give them 100/100, I definitely would. Thank you for your service especially on my birthday, which the idea of taking an instant photo for us, something to remember. Best fusion restaurant in town so far!!!

dishes were hit and mess - while we quite enjoyed the scampi tartare, roasted cauliflower and tofu panna cotta, other dishes we had (despite being the highlight dishes) i.e. the m9 wagyu beef tartare, sake steamed abalone, slow roasted short ribs and confit duck were 2-dimensional, like there was a missing flavour or texture

Starters were nice but mains came out at different times which made it hard to enjoy it all together. Stick to the raw and entree menu. Mains were disappointing.

Fantastic restaurant! The food and service I couldn’t fault. The food was delicious packed with flavour, you can tell the chef takes pride in what he does as the attention to detail showed in every dish.

Loved dinner at Kushiro on Saturday night. The toothfish is an absolute must!! As are the spring rolls and chicken pieces ( i know it sounds boring but you have to try them). Will definitely go back
