KUROBUTA Marble Arch
We are known for our exceptional Asian food, unique chilled ambiance & our classic rock’ n ’roll music.
Went for a bottomless brunch with 5 people - the service was awful, there weren’t enough staff to handle the amount of tables, constantly had to ask staff for a top up and didn’t order food until half an hour into our booking. Food came out in different orders which was fine, but 2/5 finished their dishes before the others were bought out. Prosecco ran out half way through brunch, so staff had to keep running out to Tesco to get more bottles which were warm! Then they didn’t have enough at Tesco so we had to switch to wine.
The staff weren’t great at letting us know the situation and they were awful at topping up drinks and taking orders. Food was nice and was good value for money, but I wouldn’t recommend going there for a bottomless brunch.
Food was not as good as it has been
Too expensive for what it is. £5 for water, for goodness sake!
Gordon Ramsey should bring his family to this excellent restaurant. The food the service the staff 10/10👌
If ever there was a restaurant in need of Gordon Ramseys help, this was it.
Kurobuta is a neighbourhood gem. The Black Cod, shrimp tempura and peppercorn crab were all delicious. Honey pistachio ice cream with honey comb, pistachio cake and home made jam was absolutely amazing. Service 10/10. Coming back for more next week.
Really friendly great atmosphere and there was an ex-love island contestant which was cool
Service was very bad and good was horrible . Too salty , over cooked , seemed like kitchen and staff were under too much pressure , but still couldn’t get orders correct. Every table around me complained about something
Cool place in a Nice area of London, but it was valentine Day, so very busy. And it was loud, difficult to have a conversasion. The straff apologize when we left, so i think the normally have more time to each guest.
Kurobuta Black Cod Is on a different level, you need to try it to believe it.
The amazing food was surpassed only by the even more amazing service. Very friendly and charming place. Some of the tastiest food around.
Excellent service and great food, coming back again!
Great neighborhood restaurant for locals and tourists alike.
We have been to kurobuta a few times now and it gets better each time. Today we had the special menu, Octopus doughnuts, Spicy tuna maki and the Teriyaki Salmon. Also tried the kurobuta smash cocktail. Everything was fantastic. The service is really friendly and a joy to be around.
The food was distinctively average and anything overpriced for what it was. Came expecting something special, left wishing we’d just gone to sticks ‘n sushi.
It's the third time that I'm visiting Kurobuta and it gets better every time.
The Wagu sliders, tuna, sweet potato fries, pork belly ... it's all delicious and the portions are good value, and perfect for sharing on a date or in a group.
The cocktails are excellent, original and worth the visit just for the drink list.
The wait staff are professional and friendly, and go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Very rare! A good atmosphere, with superbe food and service! Highly recommend
Great dinner at Kurobuta. Tuna sashimi pizza and black cod was our favourite. drunken Samurai is a great cocktail choice. Good service. Nice music The desert platter was excellent.
We absolutely love this restaurant. The food is consistently sensational, the service excellent and memories forever! The mushrooms and Black cod are the BEST in London. This is always our first visit when we arrive.
Not up to the standard of the King’s Road restaurant. Identical dishes were no way near as good and the service was disappointing.
Loved the food in this restaurant. The atmosphere was really swinging and the staff were extremely nice. The style is basically Japanese fusion and it is all excellent. Would definitely go again.
Great food, good decor. A bit cold inside, but otherwise a delight. Very attentive and friendly staff.
Kurobuta Marble Arch is an all round great place to have great night out.
Kurobuta is fantastic!!! Presentation was great and the food tasted amazing. The wagyu sliders are a must have! Great atmosphere too defo a must visit!
Food was really good, best sushi I have ever had! Service was really good thanks to Rolandos who made our evening really enjoyable. Will definitely be coming back!
Amazing amazing and amazing!!
It was overly expensive for what it was, the sushi was crap the rest was ok.
I have been to KUROBUTA Marble Arch three times in the past month all under different circumstances and it always exceeds my expectations. The food is fantastic- the Korean Short Rib taco, the Nasu Denaku and the Crispy Kale Salad are among our favorites. The service is impeccable - the first time I ate here was on a Friday night alone while I waited for my family to fly over and John could not have been more warm and welcoming. I’ve brought my children here and had a wonderful time- Darren, Simon and John go out of there way to make them comfortable and they love the avocado wonton bombs! It’s perfect for date nights as they have cozy corners to snuggle in with a great drink menu and also perfect for large parties with the sprawling benches and fun tapas style menu. This has become our neighborhood go to for sure- with cuisine that always delights us and service that makes us so eager to come back!
No where near as good as it used to be. No excitement in the menu. Suitable food, but no longer somewhere I would recommend sadly
