   An enjoyable experience hindered to some extent by the extreme noise level from other tables which made conversation difficult. Suggest installation of area rugs and sound absorption material may help. We felt intrusion of sound mismatched with the quality of food and service giving the feeling that it was more of a short stay cafe experience.

   Stayed at Crowne Plaza and ate at Koomo for my birthday - service and food was fantastic- genuine, fast yet didn't feel rushed and extremely professional. I received a surprise complimentary glass of prosecco, which was actually really good, proving the sommelier knows what they're doing! Also, probably the best extra dirty dry martini I've EVER had and that's saying something for anyone who knows me!

   Awesome food and service, got sat at table with stools as there was supposedly not free tables, there was empty tables and booths from when we got there til we left. The stools are uncomfortable.

    I've been here twice. The first time was in a large group and it was above average but not amazing, and we needed to have the tasting menu. This time we had a al carte and it was amazing. Every dish was delicious, well seasoned and perfectly cooked. They also came out really fast. We will definitely be back.

    Food was very good and well presented. Service was great, did not have to wait long periods of time for food and drinks to be served. Drink prices are over the top in the Restuarant and the Bar which takes the shine off the whole experience..

    The food was absolutely delicious! We definitely over ordered by accident - probably didn't need 2 of the mains as we were sharing our food, and the mains were huge!! The service was outstanding! The food didn't come out too fast which we liked And the view was spectacular

    Sensational food. I have eaten there a number of times and this was the best yet. They were very busy but the staff very very attentive. Well done.

    Thursday even wasnt too busy but they were terribly understaffed. Waited a few minutes to be seated for our reservation then another 45 minutes for our bottle of wine to come out to which they then said the one we ordered was out and they brought us another bottle. The food was great and I dont know if they were short staffed or what but other diners were clearly getting frustrated also.

    Restaurant view and location is very good. Service a bit slow for weekday lunch. Food is fair, will come back next time to try more main dishes.

    Great restaurant, great atmosphere and beautiful food. It was our 4yr anniversary and my partners birthday and they gave us a complimentary sparkling wine and a great seat by the window. Service was lovely and will be back soon.

    At first I thought it would be fine dining sized meals, but the serve sizes were decent and the dishes were well balanced. Really enjoyed the crispy lamb cutlets! Service was good and it was nice seeing the city from level 10.

    Food was great, however the service let it down. Entree’s came before our drinks we ordered when we sat down.. Main took another hour, with our side coming out 10 mins after the main. Overall okay experience, just the service was a let down

    Enjoyed the food however it was disappointing to have to wait for an hour when al we ordered were entrees to share. Even then one of the dishes was delayed and arrived after we had finished the other ones. We got offered a free glass of wine each but only once we complained - no one actually came over to let us know that there might be an hour wait!

    Koomo is a casual service and dining environment, with uncomfortable seating and an expensive price tag. Food is okay, didn’t feel it was worth the dollars. Have had many exclusive and expensive dining experiences which you don’t mind paying for if the environment, service and food is comparable to the dollars being charged. No wow factor here.

    We enjoyed the food but nobody explained how the menu worked. We left very hungry. We sat down at 6 pm did not have anything to eat till7.10 pm and the next course 8.10. What we had was good but far too long and nobody explained obviously they are meant to be shared plate. I ended up with 2 dumpling and half a dozen oysters. I was very hungry when we left as was my Grand Daughter given I took her to stay at the Hotel and have dinner and she loves food she too was very hungry. What we ate was good , have no complaints there but far too long and even the staff apologised as to how long it took and I had not said anything.

    We had the "feed me" for the two of us, thoroughly enjoyed the entrees, the protein (we picked the beef) although very nice was a bit small for the two of us. The setting, the view and the staff were all amazing, loved the "Happy Anniversary" acknowledgement with dessert as well.

    Overall the service was beautiful the staff were amazing! My food wasn’t nice at all, I was so excited to eat after wait almost an hour for our mains. The chicken teriyaki was so seasoned especially the vegetables that came with it. It was so hard to eat I couldn’t even swallow it because of how strong everything tasted. The chicken was cooked nicely in just disappointed with my main! And I hate writing reviews but I hope this helps you guys for the future with that particular meal.

    The customer service was really good, really trying to help us with a wine a bit too warm, the waitress was really nice and helpful. The food was really good too, would just have preferred the chicken to be breast instead of pieces a bit more nervy etc. Pork dumplings really good.
