   Would not go here again, the food was average. We had to wait over an hour from our entrees to our mains. There was one other table in the restaurant and lots of people in the kitchen. Very poor. Would not recommend it.

   the food was amazing, the atmosphere was nice too, and a lot of choices of drinks that was the best, the staff really friendly and delivering the best service, everything was outstanding.

   Service and ambience was outstanding however I feel $39 for breakfast was a bit steep given that you need to pay extra for a barista coffee. This should be included I feel and would be much better value for money.

   Service exceptional as always. Teriyaki chicken was deliciously charred, black truffle dessert was creamy, delicate and absolutely delectable. Only thing I was not impressed with was kingfish starter which did not state anywhere that it was sashimi and it was very average, bland even.

   The food was insanely good! Was wanting more after every meal, but left completely full and satisfied. The service was divine. Such lovely staff, and the wait time was reasonable for the amount of people there. It was a little noisy, and sometimes hard to hear, but I think that may have been more from the other restaurant-goers, rather than the restaurant setting itself. Would highly recommend this Koomo to anyone!

   Service and ambiance was great. The food lacked flavour and was quite bland considering the price. We had all meal categories (entree, main, dessert & sides) was hopeful the next dish would be flavourful however unfortunately not.

    My husband and I decided to dine here for our date night I booked a standard table - but we were seated at a bench type booth near the bar upon arrival evident of crumbs or food like remitanets along table and the bench chair , it was highly lit and didn’t have much ambiance at all. We were near the entrance of the bar area that seem to be a refuge area for the staff to come in and out for a drink of water and a short break. We ordered two cocktails - and they were both quite simple recipe but yet took 15 mins to arrive : and we were seating next to the bar… We ordered our meals Entree arrived: dumplings were cold and Not enjoyable The lobster roll was not on a roll but ensemble on almost stale brioch mini burger bun - made the dish feel Way too bready … and the king fish sashimi was probably the Favorite of all but still not anything to rave about. Would have been much easier to enjoy the king fish and dumplings using chopsticks too - they should provide option for chopsticks at order Our mains arrived : beef, chicken and potato dish Upon initial view they looked somewhat uninspiring I took some of each plate to mine to taste - each bite of all dish were stone cold $100+ of main food dishes and completely cold and unappetizing So unfortunate - as I’ve wanted to try this restaurant for So long I advised the waitress Who sent another waiter over We explained the situation Advised we can not enjoy the main meals served this cold he left to tell the chef and returned to advised they would remake and serve Unfortunately this outplayed not with haste Which lead to myself and my husband more inclined to pay the bill and depart after an unfortunate first impression They were kind enough to not charge for the main meals uneaten The staff were amicable and kind But the ambiance environment and food served was below standard for the prices charge

    These ppl are amazing. We sat at the bar bench - It was quite an entertainment to watch everything around us, didnt feel like i was here to dine but a great feeling of comfort and relaxation i felt. Did not feel rushed either. Staff are very attentive, happy and friendly. Foods are great and must say generous amount. My favourite was the lobster roll and Wagyu. Will be coming back & highly recommended to couples and medium size groups too

    Every dish was cooked and presented at perfection. Staff are very friendly, happy, knowledgeable, and attentive. Absolutely faultless aesthetics and minimalist approach.

    Couldn’t get reservation before 8:30pm- booked around week and a half in advance. On arrival restaurant only half full, so thought it was strange I couldn’t get an earlier booking…figured they would have walk-ins? Seated in centre despite two window tables available. These tables remained free all evening? By 9:10 we were the only diners on our side of the entire restaurant and waitstaff had reset tables for (presumably) hotel breakfast service the next morning around us. Zero ambiance, felt very awkward.

    An enjoyable experience hindered to some extent by the extreme noise level from other tables which made conversation difficult. Suggest installation of area rugs and sound absorption material may help. We felt intrusion of sound mismatched with the quality of food and service giving the feeling that it was more of a short stay cafe experience.

    Stayed at Crowne Plaza and ate at Koomo for my birthday - service and food was fantastic- genuine, fast yet didn't feel rushed and extremely professional. I received a surprise complimentary glass of prosecco, which was actually really good, proving the sommelier knows what they're doing! Also, probably the best extra dirty dry martini I've EVER had and that's saying something for anyone who knows me!

    Awesome food and service, got sat at table with stools as there was supposedly not free tables, there was empty tables and booths from when we got there til we left. The stools are uncomfortable.

    I've been here twice. The first time was in a large group and it was above average but not amazing, and we needed to have the tasting menu. This time we had a al carte and it was amazing. Every dish was delicious, well seasoned and perfectly cooked. They also came out really fast. We will definitely be back.

    Thursday even wasnt too busy but they were terribly understaffed. Waited a few minutes to be seated for our reservation then another 45 minutes for our bottle of wine to come out to which they then said the one we ordered was out and they brought us another bottle. The food was great and I dont know if they were short staffed or what but other diners were clearly getting frustrated also.
