Too expensive for the choices. Lunch should not cost $200.000 for 1 appetizer (that was too breaded to consume - tempura shrimp) , 2 sparking waters and 3 entrees. Further, our diets consist of no carbs. We had to contact management to request veggies alone. Couldn’t get it across to the server that the noodles and rice were not to be included. This money was not well spent. I will but be a repeat.

The wait for the chef was very long, about 45 mins, but there was another table that was seated after us, and the chef was there within about 15 mins. The food was good though, no complaints on that end.

Very crowded for a Wednesday night and I don’t think they were prepared for it. We waited for around 30 minutes after being seated before the cook came. Server did not do a very good job of clearing dishes and getting drinks but the cook was pretty good and the food was tasty.

We sat at the Hibachi grill so I think you can't help the noise. It was fun and our chef, BJ was very entertain. What we didn't care for was the high amount of salt that I thinks was in the butter used to fry.

The hibachi tables, where the chef stir-fries your dinner with a flourish, are certainly enjoyable. The dinner that results is a little heavy on the starch, with both noodles and rice prominent in the result, but the flavors are very good and authentically Asian. The accompanying sauces are also tasty. Portions are generous, so it is good that take-home dishes are provided. The same food, at regular non-hibachi tables without the theatrics of the chef, seems pretty ordinary. Very disappointing indeed is the sushi and sashimi -- the tuna was almost over-the-hill, some bites of white fish were so chewy they were impossible to eat, only the salmon and some of the white fish had the desired freshness and flavor, and the sushi rice was underseasoned and very skimpy. I would expect a Japanese place to do better than a take-out grocery store, but this was of a poorer quality than you might get at Giant (if they had sushi). My friend who had the special Baltimore roll was also not impressed. The seaweed salad, on the other hand, was delicious. Stick to the hibachi menu and you'll have a very nice time.

Overall the food was fine. There was a lot of confusion with our entire table, separate parties, and the ordering process. We didn’t get food we were supposed to have even though we paid for it. The other groups seemed to not have understood some things were up charges that were normally standard with hibachi locations. Service was slow and I had to ask for drink refills several times.

My visit there was nice, me and my family enjoyed the hold experience. The only thing I have to say that I didn't enjoy was the fact that I asked for my steak to be medium cooked and it was cooked to well done. Which made it a little tough.

PROS: The food is delicious, the chefs are almost always friendly and engaging, and the portions are huge. I got the chicken & steak combo with no noodles and double fried rice and it ended up being two dinners for me. For reference, I'm 6'1" 200#. They add an auto-gratuity of 15% for parties of 1-4, so that's a savings for me because I usually tip 20% for decent service.

CONS: The manager is gruff and service is sparse. It was 15 minutes from the time we were seated to the time we had our drinks and an additional 5 minutes before our food order was taken. Some of our tablemates resorted to going to the bar for their drinks. They add an auto-gratuity, but then they provide a line for an additional tip. That's unethical; either have the auto-gratuity and eliminate the tip line or drop the auto-gratuity.

The food was great, and the person who cooked the food made the experience great. The waiter was lousy and had no personality at all. He came to the table giving one word answers, and just unfriendly and not smiling. He has no personality at all. The chef made the experience a great one. The wait staff in general is unfriendly and lack customer service skills.. this could stop me from returning..my suggestion is to improve upon this immediately. This was my second try.

Service was slow. People were getting serviced before us although they came after us. I brought it up to the waitress and she apologized and said it was her fault because she was late to the table...not a good excuse.

The food at this place was mediocre. The price for a chicken hibachi entree is absolutely absurd. I basically paid $14.95 for tasteless chicken fried rice. Our waitress was pushy and forceful. She did not give us time to look over our menu or discuss items among ourselves. She kept coming to our table every 2 minutes rushing us to place our order. I will never dine here again

Servers not very efficient and appeared lost as to what they should be doing. Entire table served cold soup and wrong orders were brought to the table. Chef was very entertaining and able to distract from local of efficiency by wait staff. Food was excellent!

We were definitely rushed to eat and leave. They brought the to-go boxes and the check while we were still eating and actually told us that the needed our table soon. There was 11 of us and we paid a lot of money, including a mandatory gratuity that I would not have paid if I didn’t have to. We also told them we were missing a soup and never received it and they only came to see about us when bringing the to-go boxes and check. They also cleaned the cooking surface while we ate. Sorry, but that’s gross.

Everything was great, we didn’t have to wait to be seated well we had to wait until our entire party was there but otherwise they were ready to seat us. We were seated in a lil private room they have. It’s cool but because it’s small it gets really hot in there. The food was good, the service was good and I would go back again.

My daughters 6 yr. Birthday the waitress was super nice but the cook was grumpy. The noodles where cut into tiny pieces like chef Boyardee. I probably won’t go here again but if I do I’ll just do the bar. Super noisy
