Kepos Street Kitchen
Absolutely lovely food, and lovely service - will definitely be back!
An incredible dining experience for 6 of us, with ever dish standing on it's own. Each selection was flavourful and interesting and cannot be recommended enough.
Service was attentive, timely and most of all, warm.
Highly recommend the Burrata and the labne dishes.
Would happily recommend this to anyone.
KSK has been on our hit list for a while, and I don’t know why it has taken us so long to get there. All the dishes were excellent - vibrant, flavourful, beautifully presented. (I’m not a huge dessert person, but the kanafeh was to die for.) The service was warm and attentive. It’s a pretty small room, but with a great atmosphere. The final bill was excellent value for the quality (and amount!) of the food and service. Can’t wait to return.
My third time dining at KSK.
The food has been fantastic in each occasion. Highly recommend!
Great service friendly accommodating staff. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We had the tasting menu and there was lots of it
Highly recommend the restaurant
Fantastic Middle Eastern food in a beautiful lunch relaxed setting with wonderful service. A real neighbourhood gem. What else could you want?
Intimate atmosphere, with delicious food and great service!
Great food. We shared 4 superb small share plates and loved everyone of them. The service was efficient and very professional. I thought the wine list could be improved and it was very noisy but that would not stop me from returning.
We were asked to scrape our prawn heads onto another plate taken away by the waiter rather than be given new plates - seemed a bit odd.
Exceptionally flavourful and delicious food. Everything we ate had layers of flavour and imaginative combinations of ingredients, and the service was informal but enthusiastic and friendly.
Note that this is no longer a BYO restaurant. We turned up with our wine, only to be disappointed. Luckily there's an interesting wine list, and we opted for a delicious Portuguese Touriga Nacional, not something you see often in this part of the world.
We enjoyed this restaurant very much. Favourite dish Lamb rump paired with coleslaw (approximate names). Highly recommended.
Delicious Middle Eastern Food
we had a delcious meal at Kepos kitchen. The service was great. The food was generous portions, a menu with a difference and the food was tasty.
There were some unusual choices and I had a lamb which was tender and tasty. Beautiful experience.
My wife and I used to come here all the time when we lived nearby, so when we were in town for a weekend from London we made sure to drop by. Amazing flavours, spot on service (friendly and professional without being intrusive) and a short, sharp wine list full of interesting wines.
Good ambience. Food probably could have had more options on Shakshuka.
Fabulous food and service. Highly recommended. Could nit have been better. A real find.
The first time we ate at Kepos Street Kitchen we sat in the front room. This time we were seated in the back. The noise level was such that we could not hear each other, which put a dampener on the entire evening for me. I was disappointed as we were introducing friends. If you do go ask for a table in the quieter front section (or outside if a beautiful evening).
The food is inventive and tasty, the service good, the wine a little over priced.
Food was amazing and it came out fast. Our server was a bit rude and didn't focus too much on customer service.
The food was very, very good. Ambience was lovely - great for work meeting lunch
We had the tasting menu. We found the food quite tasty but too rich. We had
the tasting menu for $65. The tasting menu was much better at Nour for $69. This is a middle Eastern restaurant on Crown Street about 10 minutes away. The food at Nour was better quality and not overly rich like Kepos Kitchen. The service at Kepos was much better than usual and very friendly. The noise level was high but we could talk. Nour was much noisier and a reason not to go back on the weekend when it is packed.
Like it so much went back for breakfast!!! Wish I was living in Sydney...
Everything fell into place we enjoyed our evening dinner and we highly recommend this restaurant
Great Food and wine, have booked to return with a party of 7 it was that good.
The food and service were great - a bit noisy, but not too bad.
Very delightful evening. The Food was very tasty. however there were no gluten free substitutes for the tuna tartare, I had to eat it off a spoon instead of a cracker that is served as the side. Most places cater for gf & I think they should have gluten free crackers On hand.
ordered a boiled egg and it was not room temperature but cold out of the fridge...makes you wonder was it cooked that morning or yesterday?
The food is inventive, fresh and delicious and the service is exceptional. Thankyou for making our anniversary dinner so special. Our favourite restaurant in Sydney!
I went to Kepos Street Kitchen with a group of girlfriends and we had an amazing time. A few of our guests were late but the staff were amazing in checking in and helping us to organise our menu and rush out the food so that we still had plenty of time to eat before our sitting ended. The food was amazing and surprisingly affordable considering how fantastic it all was. High recommend! I will definitely going back.
Interesting menu with excellent flavours beautifully presented.
Staff super attentive - without being intrusive.
Enjoyable lunch indeed!
The falafel with green tahini sauce was over cooked and dry so not great
The smoked labneh was very good and well presented
The burrata was mediocre and far less well executed in comparison with the labne
The scallops were simply presented but very good
The Mediterranean salad was fresh and well dressed
We had ordered sparkling mineral water but on more than one occasion our glasses were filled with tap water before we could indicate that we were having sparkling bottled water
Staff were pleasant and nice but the venue was very noisy making conversation difficult
Been several times over the past few years and always it’s brilliant. Love the cuisine. Professional waiting staff and pleasant atmosphere just seal the deal. Brilliant
Beautiful, delicious food. A lovely place to sit, eat, drink, relax & enjoy life with friends...or even alone! A favourite.
Great food and great service.
Great little intimate spot with lovely character and delicious food.
Definitely request sitting out the front by the windows as opposed to out back.
Perfect for a date or to catch up with a friend over a glass of wine and some shared plates.
An absolute delight, the food is scrumptious, the service friendly and attentive.
Heard many good things about Kepos and finally had dinner there the other night. Food was authentic, menu was varied and the servings were very generous. The highlight was having the Chef / Owner come to the table where we were lucky enough to have a chat. I thought it was lovely that he did so with most of the diners. Overall, Kepos is a lovely local restaurant with a relaxed feel and great food.
We've been to Kepos a few times now and they have never disappointed us. The food and service is simple brilliant!
Excellent restaurant. Nous y sommes allés il y a 3 ans et voulions y retourner parce que ce lieu nous avait déjà beaucoup plu. Une très bonne table, un service chaleureux et un cadre sympathique.
As always it was an outstanding dinner and everyone was raving about it afterwards
Loved it. Highly recommend. Food is sensational as is the service.
Always consistently fantastic! Absolute Gem.
Look forward to my next experience at Kepos St Kitchen.
Thanks Team Kepos!
