Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Excellent service. Table ready when we arrived. We felt welcome! Menus and water. What would we like? Orders taken with no fuss. Our pizzas - aha, the thin base! And the topping hot! Flavour! Background music was - background! I like that too. Thank you, again, to the team at Karoo & Co.

Always enjoy eating at Karoo and co. We went there to have breakfast with family the morning after our wedding and it was the best decision ever. Tasty food, welcoming staff, great ambience, had a really lovely time there.

We were return customers, having eaten there a few times. The food is delicious, we've enjoyed everything we've tried. The staff are very friendly and efficient and the restaurant has a great ambience. With it being fully licenced and the menu items not always the cheapest, the cost is slightly higher perhaps than at other places but it's worth it.

Now that the venue is not BYO, a pizza and salad to share, with a glass of wine each is $70. Not quite what one would expect to pay at a neighbourhood pizzaria.

Hi John, despite being in the suburbs, this does not exclude us as a business from needing to pay our RSA-trained staff the GOV pay rates (which is very high), rent, and increasing production costs & repair & maintenance. To remain in business (unlike many closing businesses) we needed to make the appropriate changes, BYO was one of them. $35pp is very reasonable, given we have educated chefs who prep everything in-house, and man a wood-fired oven, which isn't easy.

My friend and I actually accidentally booked a table for lunch at Karoo & Co online thinking it was closer for us than it was. However, we went anyway and we were not sorry. Service was friendly and prompt and our meals were delicious. Would most definitely recommend it!

We had a great night: the pizzas were delicious, the staff super friendly but not pushy at all, the music was pleasant and not too loud so we could talk. We had a wonderful night and because we booked at 7:30 nobody tried to push us out like many places do so a wonderful evening. We had a bottle and of wine and the bill was very reasonable $150 for 4. I will be back!

Karoo is the best. Matthew the barista does excellent coffee and chat. Menu choice and quality of food is waaayyyy better than the over-priced cafes in Wahroonga Village. The quiet surrounds coupled to easy parking makes it one of our go-to venues.

Very disappointed with customer service. Had a pre existing booking which was confirmed the night before. On the day of my booking the restaurant gave 3 hours notice on the day of to cancel booking with no explanation of why or apology for the inconvenience.

So disappointed with this once lovely restaurant. The calamari was actually cold in the middle with slightly warm oil soggy and inedible. I sent it back and it came back slightly warmer. When I suggested maybe the deep fryer wasn’t working there was no response. Pizza wasn’t as good as before but salad was nice
