As usual, the food was outstanding at Kama. A special cauliflower appetizer was large and very tasty. My husband ordered the Sea Bass which was probably one of the best I ever had. I had lamb chops which were also super good. We sat next to the open window so felt like we had patio seating without the cool breeze.

Food was delicious. However, be warned that their medium hot is pretty hot. I like spicy but I’ll probably order mild next time.

The food was awesome. One of the best Indian restaurants that I never been to. Their Samosas, Chicken Tikka, Briyani, Kulfi and Gulab Jamoon are the best.. I am yet to taste more of their menus and definitely going there again

A fresh take on traditional Indian cuisine. Spice level is relatively mild; but dishes are very flavorful.

It was really delicious! One of the people who work there brought us dates to break our fast on, which is what we do during Ramadan so it was a nice gesture.

I always recommend Kama to friends, even people who never ate Indian food. Most have been totally ‘converted’ to Kama’s!

This is a favorite restaurant for us and we visit every 6 to 8 weeks. The food is consistently delicious and it’s very pleasant to sit outside on the summer evening. Old favorites on the menu like the Makhani Tikka Marsala are always delicious. A new favorite is the Sweet Potato Chat — invoking your mother’s very best pan roasted potatoes but with tamarind and lemon. Delicious!

Our only complaint is that last year’s redecorating and new table configuration has left it really loud. It very difficult to hear the person across from you over the noise from every other table — yelling because they can’t hear the person across from them.

The best Indian food in Chicagoland ! I have been going to Kama since they opened. The food quality continue to get better and better . There is constant addition of new dishes and the incredible ingenuity of this couple is making this spot worth visiting at lest once a week. Special attention to our kids growing up with this place makes it very special for us. My wife was not into Indian food at the beginning but slowly but surely now she is “addicted “

Food...repeat customer. Food, staff, wine,

But please...keep the music a little quieter please! I wish to talk to my girlfriend, not be drown out by Indian dance music. It is not Dawali just yet.

I will return or order via grub hub.

The food was delicious, however the service was very poor. They even forgot an item that was ordered and kept promising it was coming, but it never did. We had to track someone down to just get our check, which was difficult with a baby in tow.

We like Kama but today’s experience was unnecessarily unpleasant. We had a reservation and walking into a near-empty restaurant, we were seated at an extension of the main seating area. It took a LOT of unnecessary effort to change that arrangement. The food was fine. The Mother’s Day Bloody Mary tasted like anything but a Bloody Mary. $40 per person for brunch is moderate for Mother’s Day but our experience fell short of moderate.

I love Indian food, as I was introduced to authentic Indian by friends in the tech world. Their point is always, you can taste the difference in the spices, if they are fresh and made on site. Kama Bistro's flavors are second to none, including the great Indian restaurants in London. The fried okra and eggplant sides and the lamb vindaloo are amazing. The cauliflower appetizer though, will blow you away. I am very excited to find such a good Indian restaurant in the Western Burbs and will definitely be back.

Food and specialty drinks were outstanding. Had the roasted cauliflower appetizer, new on the menu and it was amazing. Also, the best PEI Mussels i have ever had sitting in this aromatic delicious sauce that I could have eaten on its own. The mussels were so fresh and tender. The rack of lamb could have been shared by two people but, soooo good. I will definitely be back. Half price bottles of wine on Wednesday’s.

Booked thru Open Table a table to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had mentioned this when booking.
When we were greeted by our server Cameron the first thing he did was congratulate us before explaining the menu which immediately created a very welcoming atmosphere.
He was extremely attentive with s very pleasant and professional manner.
The food was as usual outstanding and the ambience and noise level are just perfect. The lamb was delicious as was the halibut.
We were given a complementary dessert to share which was divine.
Every time we go come to Karma it just gets better.
Thank you for making a great anniversary dinner.
