Customer service was really poor, ignore when we asked for the bill and when we had an issue with the drinks we were ignored as well, until they had enough time to send over some inexperienced chick with an extremely rehearsed ‘speech’ for us. She couldn’t even answer our questions about what they were going to do about the issue saying we just don’t do that here. seriously not good enough and their staff needs training. As a manager myself i understand these situations but the way they handled my situation was poor. They knew the drinks we ordered were seriously undeniable and made 4/6 of us feel sick after having 2 sips they need to train better and disclose how disgusting these drinks were. called two sexy cowgirls, a spin off of a pornstar martini which they shouldn’t have even tried.

I have been here many times and get the seafood pizza every time. It’s been 5 stars every time till last visit. It was really soggy and the toppings just fell off the pizza. Super disappointed. Hopefully next time it gets back to great quality. 😭

Food is as amazing as Atmosphere was great Service was a little bit of a let down had d to get the attention of the waiters but they were busy Overall happy we dined at this place! We will be back

Great location, great venue especially with the various separate dining and drinking areas and also with live music/DJ on the night we were there (Saturday night). The noise level is however quite extreme in some of the dining areas and it makes it almost impossible to have a conversation. Unfortunately and on an overall, it turned out to be quite a disappointing experience as the food was quite average/below average. The garlic bread bites hardly tasted of garlic. Nice concept and nice presented, but hardly any garlic taste. The pizzas were quite average. Worst of all was the Tiramisu and that is not good at all for an Italian restaurant. Again, nicely presented, but hardly any coffee taste and almost only cream, which tasted nice, but this could hardly be called a Tiramisu. Rather a glass of nice tasting cream. Such a missed opportunity for this place. Our request for a separate table when making the booking was totally disregarded. We did end up being seated at a separate table in a more quiet dining room after requesting it in person on the night and there were more than enough of these separate tables available in that room. We were 3 younger and 2 older people in the party that night, celebrating the 20th birthday of a young girl/visitor from overseas - it should have been and it could have been such a great night, but unfortunately, that did not happen and we all agreed, that this was quite average and none of us will be returning any time soon.

Dined at Justin Lane for dinner with a friend on Tuesday 18 March 2025. The ambiance was nice and service was ok, but they did forget my drink order and I had to prompt them. We both had pizzas, (seafood, and Justin Lane Deli) which we thought were a bit pricey for the limited toppings which we would describe as ‘scarce’, and overall they were average pizzas., The apparent owner/manager was present within the venue and I could see he took great pride in his restaurant and keeping an eye on everything, which was admirable.
