Amazing restaurant with great food ideal for sharing our going out alone. Good wine list and friendly service.
We were visiting Echuca/Moama celebrating our anniversary and searched for restaurants, we stumbled upon Junction. It was totally amazing and do not be fooled by the Bowling Club entrance, we could of been in a top Sydney or Melb restaurant. Lovely attentive staff and delicious innovative food. We will visit again for sure.
The dishes were beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. Very attentive and unobtrusive staff. Third time I have dined at Junction and it won’t be the last. Just a fantastic restaurant with everything going for it.
This is the second time that we have eaten at Junction. We enjoyed the food and service so much the first time that we couldn’t wait to revisit. On both occasions we had great food and great service. This time we went for the 5 course option and were treated to delicious offerings. The young staff are very knowledgeable about both the food and the wine on the menu and serve with enthusiasm. A nod also to the DJ who provided an enjoyable backdrop of music that added to the occasion.
The Junction is one of the best restaurants I have tried. The only bad thing I can say is that I have to drive from Melbourne to Echuca to dine there.
The staff are exceptional in their service and attitude. All seem genuinely happy to be catering to our needs. Nothing is too difficult.
We had the 7 course chefs special and each course was delicious and different.
Many an OMG was uttered as each dish was delivered.
The wine was local and lovely and the decor and ambiance excellent.
Excellent food excellent service
Atmosphere was lovely as usual.
Unfortunately the food wasn’t up to its usual standard.
The duck dish had a very unusual taste that over took the duck. Risotto was nice but nothing to rave about. The chips were over cooked. Didn’t find anything appealing in the desserts.
Normally walk away very satisfied but not this time.
The Junction Moama - we went with friends on a Sunday night (15 Sept) so it was lovely and quiet. Excellent and friendly service, as usual, in a great setting. The menu changes regularly and seasonally, so it stays interesting, but some favourites are retained. We love the fact that we can have a few shared starters as our meal, as we have small appetites. The "burrita" is a favourite; the Wagyu beef was melt-in-your-mouth. Our friends had never been before, but they're definitely returning!
Absolutely beautiful lunch. Perfect for a friends 40th lunch. Cannot fault anything!!!
Had a wonderful evening here. Whilst the menu can look expensive, it was worth every penny. A stunning location with fantastic service and local produce. Get the chefs selection if you don't know what to pick, it comes out with some gems. The ambience is both lively but romantic and good for groups. Not a place for kids but definitely for a romantic night out.
10/10!! Amazing food and a beautiful range of local wine! The cohuna wagyu stake is to die for and is cooked perfectly every time we dine. The cocktails are superb and the service is outstanding with attentive and knowledgeable staff! Cameron looked after us on our last outing and he was amazing! Junction is the place to go for special occasions or to treat yourself to a night out! Best in Echuca/Moama.
Chefs selection of 7 courses absolutely fantastic. Innovative dishes well presented and a delight to eat. Portion sizes are large ( for this type of dining) and we could not get through it all. Just magnificent.
Once again Dave, Marie Claire, Daniel and the team at Junction made our evening incredibly enjoyable and delicious!
We can not wait for our next visit
Have been here a couple of times before and enjoyed it so thought we would try it again. Have to say major let down this time. Booked for 8pm and arrived at ten to eight but had to wait 40 mins for our table. Food was ordinary, duck was cold and way too sweet. Cauliflower small plate was dry and tasteless. Beef was the best however not value for money. Next time I'm in Echuca I'm going to the Mill.
We had 3 steaks on our table of 4, two were not cookedcas ordered, all were very fatty and quite ordinary in quality (flavour was excellent), and all three arrived at the table cold!
4 main meals, 2 entrees, 1 cocktail, 3 soft drinks, over $330.00!!
Food was very very good , service was good ,drinks good.
Beautiful Quiet Restaurant with lovely open fire and great menu and Wine list.
Menu change was disappointing we liked this place for familiar meals that we got everytime without question - Steak was next inline for disappointment half of the steak was fatty and when your paying market price of $57 and only eating half - not good value!
That’s way we keep going back
We had Alecia as our waiter and she was fantastic. However, when she finished her shift, the service dropped considerably, we had to ask for our wine to be poured.
The room was a little cool even though the fire was lit. We had to move tables 3 times so the afternoon sun didn't interfere with our table diners at different times of the afternoon.
Having pointed out the negatives, our afternoon was wonderful and the food and service for the bulk of our stay was exceptional.
What a great place. Great fireplace and the food was not bad either!!!
Fantastic meal. Big call but it was the best steak I have ever had. Soooo Tender
It was a great surprise , such a lovely ambiance.
Excellent quality of food, great choices fresh and yummy.
Will be back in the summer to enjoy outside dining
An enjoyable evening with great service provided. The food was excellent in a comfortable environment.
Excellent service and wonderful food. An awesome experience.
We had a fantastic evening at Junction! The food was amazing, Grace looked after us perfectly and the music was just right. Can’t wait to come back.
Good was excellent and staff were outstanding good value for money for a fine dining restaurant
Food was amazing and our waitress warm and attentive
Had a lovely dinner there last week, food was gorgeous, beautiful restaurant but special mention to our server grace who was so lovely and easy to chat to, extremely attentive, cannot say enough how much she enriched the experience of eating there. Terrific spot.
Fabulous menu with plenty of options. Visually impressive and great tasting food.
Great room and varied decor fab staff and lovely interesting tasty food. Delicious 👍
Junction came as a welcome surprise after dining in pubs and clubs along the Murray for a week. The quality of the food was equal to any top end city restaurant but at very reasonable prices. The service was warm and friendly and serving sizes were generous. We selected two share plates, a large plate and a couple of sides for two to share and were hard pressed to pick a favourite. .
everything was perfect.
We enjoyed our 5th Wedding Anniversary here and couldn’t fault anything - from the chefs choice 7 course dinner to the amazing & friendly service to the cocktails & wine list! A beautiful venue for all senses, expertly designed. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. One of Echuca Moama’s must do experiences.
We mostly enjoyed our food experience at junction . We ordered the 7 course degustation menu and really enjoyed the raw king fish with coconut cream and chilli. The large plate pork belly was not crispy . We did mention this and no recourse was offered. We also felt the final plate of desert which whilst presented beautifully wasn’t to our liking and a choice of desert flavours would have been much better as not everyone loves chocolate . The service and wine match was excellent
A little piece of Melbourne in a country town. This place is amazing lovely staff and an amazing 7 course meal what more could you ask for. The Steak melts in your mouth and the sweets are heaven. If you visit order the share plates you won’t be disappointed
It was amazing food that my taste buds had not experienced before, the service was amazing, and staff were polite, they actually looked like they wanted to be there.
hidden gem behind a venue that we didn't know was there. Good food and would be visiting again and letting friends know
Well we love our food and wine and we have been roughing it for a week free camping in the Barmah Forest so we were keen for a good feed . Junction Moama looked the best google option soi booked but when we pulledupt the Moama Bowling Club we were worried, Parmi and pokies we thought.
Once we found the restaurant we were blown way by the ambiance.
The feed me 5 course deguststion was delectable plus a gr8 wine list. It’s a ripper. The best bowling club meal I’ve ever had 10/10 Bo Derek country
Very comfortable feel and overall fantastic
