The couch is so uncomfortable and it’s such a small place you feel very crammed. The food is not worth it, it’s either no flavor or extreme spice.

We enjoyed the location, but the food was just ok. I loved the variety of options and the small plates were fun to share.

I've been to Jude's on more than one occasion where me and my husband would have drinks and have a small bites of food. So this review will be based on my experience yesterday and sad to say it will be the last. We booked the tea experience for me and my family of 7ppl including 2 kids in this party making 7ppl. I was messaged by the manager the day before regarding if the kids would part take in the tea experience and i responded they may or may not kids beat to there own drum which is common. Yesterday i needed to change the reservation due to a person change of plans which became 6ppl. When i arrived to the restaurant and told them i had a reservation the waitress looked at us and paused and said yes sure and took off fast and we had to catch up to her. Her attitude was extremely alarming from first encounter however i understand people can become overwhelmed with slightly bigger crowds which is why it wasn't an issue until the attitude directly started impacting service. The Tea Experience in my opinion was not tasty at all. The sandwiches were very dry and had ZERO flavor. The waiter made such a fuss about not having 7 ppl and they only brought out 2 trays of food which was supposed to feed everyone which is alarming because we paid $39 per person to share. Early on into the experience the waiter gave up servicing us and another employee came to help service. She was a waiter I actually had previously which was lovely but unfortunately due to this WHOLE experience i will not be returning to this place and will take my business and money else where.

We’ve dined at Jude’s several times and would say it’s one of our favorites but last night wasn’t the best. Service was slow, server forgot the poppadoms which is always a highlight to nibble on before the food. Had to ask for them. Then first dish that came was cold, when the server eventually came to check she apologized and took off the bill. Our server was also working the bar therefore not as attentive as could have been. Just disappointing. We are about to move state so was our last meal there. It was also freezing, ac too much.

Cocktails were good. Food was ok, nothing spectacular. I think if they had less on the menu they could focus on freshness. Espresso martinis were good. There were only 2-3 tables there the whole time we dined yet the service was subpar. Soup and entre were brought out at the same time. Some of our dishes sat under the warmer for several minutes even tho no one was there. I had to get up and find a dessert menu and found our waitress on her phone in the bar area. Honestly if I'm paying these prices I'll go downtown and get superb service and food. The water tastes weird too. Almost like a sewer taste. Noticed this last time I was there.

FAQs

Yes, the team can often accommodate seating and experience requests. Guests report reserving outdoor igloos/domes and asking for specific tables or high chairs; when done in advance the staff has been helpful. For dietary needs, seating preferences, or to request an igloo, call the restaurant when booking so they can note your request and best prepare for your visit.

Yes, Jude’s is frequently recommended as a date-night spot. Guests praise the intimate, lively atmosphere, creative cocktails and shareable small plates that make it easy to sample and linger. Many people call it a favorite for special evenings, anniversaries, or pre-show dinners across from the Raue Center. For a quieter vibe, choose a weeknight other than Friday or reserve an outdoor igloo for a cozy experience.

Casual dress is appropriate. Guests commonly visit for date nights, brunch or pre-show dinners in comfortable, smart‑casual attire. The setting is relaxed but polished, you’ll fit right in wearing anything from neat casual clothes to slightly dressier evening wear.

The atmosphere is cozy, upbeat and a bit of a cocktail‑bar vibe, intimate and lively without feeling uncomfortable. Guests praise the warm, welcoming staff, creative cocktails and a European‑bistro feel. It can be noisy near the front or bar when busy, but many people love the energetic setting for date nights, girls’ nights, and pre‑show dinners. Expect a polished but casual dining experience.

For a relaxed visit, choose a weekday (Tuesday–Thursday), guests say those evenings feel calmer. If you want brunch or a high‑tea experience, weekends (especially Sunday brunch/high tea) are popular. Saturday nights and Friday evenings are livelier and great if you want a buzzy vibe or patio/igloo dining.

Jude’s regular hours are: Monday–Thursday 11:00 am–9:00 pm, Friday 11:00 am–11:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am–11:00 pm, and Sunday 10:00 am–9:00 pm. These hours cover lunch, brunch and dinner service, but holiday hours aren’t listed, call ahead if you’re planning a visit on a holiday or special date.

Portions are tapas / small‑plate style and designed for sharing. Guests consistently report that dishes arrive in modest but satisfying portions, ordering two or three plates per person (or sharing a few among a group) usually makes for a full meal. Several guests noted portions were just right for tasting many items without leftovers; a few mentioned some larger protein plates felt more generous.

For a relaxed experience, choose a weeknight (Tuesday–Thursday), guests say weeknights other than Friday feel calmer. If you’re going for pre-theater dining, arrive before showtime (it’s right across from the Raue Center), that’s popular and lively. Brunch and weekend evenings are busier; patio/igloo dining is especially popular in good weather. For a quieter evening, try Sunday night or a non‑Friday weekday.
